Could not get an updated bank statement even though it had been available for 3 days. I called and spoke to someone at the bank. 5 minutes after going through drive through. And they were able to give me the bank spayment , but the person through the window could not ? Doesn't sound right! Have fight to get it updated banks statement

Let me put it this way. After 25 years at this location I am pulling 5 accounts out. Poorly trained, rude service. Manger unconcerned.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service line is a joke. These people have attitudes and disconnect calls when they don’t want to help you. Only reason I called costumer service is because this location can’t seem to answer the phone. They take out fees without even telling you that the service you’re asking for has a fee. And the fees are ridiculously high. The only good experience I’ve had was when I signed up for a debit card 10 years ago!

Wouldn't give me no info on our bank account because I didn't know a email but I gave them my SS number and my bank card number they are a joke

I dont have any complaintsjust a compliment and suggestion. Drive thru window ladies are SUPER NICE; but I do agree that on days that are considered pay days for instance, like the first few days of the month for retirement people or ppl that are disable that may have trouble getting out if their cars to go inside the bank that other employees should be able to jump in and help at the window.Customers should just be kind and cordial, do business and move along.

So glad I closed my account with this bank!! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS!! I always had issues and they always had one excuse after another. Stay away from them. They will take your money and you will play hell trying to get it back!

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. You never get your money on time, the atm only takes 30 bills and will steal your money and never give it back to you. Highly do not recommend this terrible bank

I have banked with them since 1963 and have never had any problems. They are a great bank.
