Stayed here for a couple nights and it was really nice. The room was really clean and crisp, the shades they had blocked out about 98% of the light. I love the fact they don't have bathtubs. The shower had a nice shower head and pretty good water pressure. If you need complete darkness like I do, be sure to flip the alarm clock they have in there, because it is pretty dang bright. My only issue i had with this place was the TV, 90% of the channels just showed a black screen. I mentioned it to the staff and i guess they got it fixed, but i had already checked out. The breakfast they had seemed decent, the buffet was only 9.50. they do have coffee right in the lobby which was really nice. Overall, this was a really solid hotel, especially for the price. I will definitely be staying here for my upcoming visits.

I recently had the opportunity to use the bar and had some food and cocktails. The food was good. They had a new bartender Chris and he was great. He was attentive and a real pleasure to chat to. Please remember to tip the bartenders and house keep staff..Safety: Totally felt safe

Got stuck in the snowstorm on MLK day driving back from Indiana to Georgia and my car couldn’t get to far in the snow in Gallatin. Was able to make it to this hotel and we really did enjoy our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed, and the grill and bar was great! Hopefully will pass through again (minus the snow) ?

DO NOT STAY HERE! Every room REEKS of cigarette smoke! We stayed in room 105 and left with all of our belongings saturated in cigarette smoke. My suitcase and purse and everything I brought into that room is saturated in smoke. I also have a raging sinus infection.from breathing it in all night long! Every room we have stayed in at this hotel over the years has a low level cigarette smell but room 105 was OFF THE CHARTS!! I called and told the supervisor and she told me the room has zero odor! Unbelievable! I have to throw away my SUITCASE because I can’t get the stench out! Even my car reeks from driving home with my belongings! She had the audacity to tell me that their hotel was not a good fit for me. She is absolutely correct. Obviously our standards are no where near the same if she can honestly say that room 105 was impeccably clean with no odor. I guess this place is for partyers or scum bags who have zero respect for other people. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Breakfast is $10!!! You are paying 140+ for these rooms and they can't even give you a muffin and yogurt for breakfast. Keep your dang fire pit and give me some powdered eggs and wanky bacon at least.Also - the curtains don't close all the way and I can't make the room dark.

One of if not the cleanest Hilton Garden Inns I’ve stayed at. The folks that work here were really nice and helped me get checked in quickly after a long night of driving. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spotless. If only all the hiltons I stayed at were this nice haha.

What a nice hotel! I thought it was newly opened, turns out it's 3 yrs old, but it looks fresh and new. Very polite check in experience. Helpful staff. Nice room...like any other Hilton Garden...but clean and good size. HVAC worked well. Well lit bathroom. Closet with drawers. Slightly larger mini fridge than most.

Our home is undergoing renovations and we needed an escape so we decided to stay here with our dogs and it was absolutely wonderful! Staff was great, clean rooms, very accommodating. It was just the relief we needed. Just about everything you can imagine is down the street and around the corner, Walmart, urgent care, Starbucks, restaurants etc.. We will absolutely stay here again if we are in this area!!

I never leave reviews, but this hotel is the best one I've stayed in since Covid, and I travel a lot for work. They clean your room daily without you asking (unlike the past 5 hotels I have stayed in and requested they clean on day 3, then they don't), they text you to check in daily and their customer service is amazing. Rooms are clean and modern and I have zero complaints.

Nice, clean accommodations. Off the beaten path and a very quite room during my stay. Would have liked nicer room amenities (soaps, t.p., pen & paper, etc.) but overall an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it is the nicest HGI I’ve seen. The hotel GM was very accommodating and helped us sort out a confusing mix of reservations. I’d recommend the hotel.

Not a single issue. The location is not around anything, so the hotel provides all amenities needed including a bar and decent restaurant. Great experience.

Great room, clean hotel. However I was charged a smoking fee for “smoking” in my room. Never would I smoke in a hotel room, especially if it was on a work trip. I did my business outside, and went to my room. Not sure if it was the owner or the manager who I spoke to, but as soon as she got on the phone with me, it was like she knew who I was and started giving me a nasty attitude from the start. I felt some racial remarks coming from her, she said “why did I have to stay in Nashville, why didn’t I stay in Memphis.” Even every time I was walking in and out of the hotel, not once did I feel like I was welcome. Staff never greeted me, other hotel goers looking at me funny. The only person that ever treated me well was the girl at the front desk when I arrived at 12am on the first night. I did not feel like I was treated fairly and just felt some racist vibes coming from the manager or owner.

Poor service, especially bad for pilots. Most all major hotel brands especially those who hold accounts with corporate/charter jet companies have no check in restrictions because you can’t fly a pilot overnight and then end their work day at 9am only to send them to the hotel and wait another 6 hours to get into their room. Very disappointing. If you fly into Music City Executive Airport (KXNX) just book the Marriott and save the headache.
