Was met by a wonderful friendly lady, who made us feel at ease. Ms. Tracy Bell was the best, she explained everything in detail, and even apologized that we didn’t receive an refund. We felt that it was alittle pricey for us being retired and not itemized claim, but everything is higher now. She explained our options and we paid it off then. Thank you Ms Bell for your help, hopefully things will go down next trip. Thanks Donna and Gary Kemp
