I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The customer service at this location is terrible along with personnel who are rude and not accommodating at all. I have been having scripts filled here for the past year but will find a new pharmacy home today!

My favorite of all the Kroger pharmacy’s around this area including both sumner and Wilson county. This is by far the better pharmacy out of all of them in quickness, friendly service and just overall!! (IMO)

If you're calling in for something simple like to get the store hours or to refill a prescription, the automated phone service should help you, provided it understands you.If you need a more complex issue resolved, you may as well go to the store and get a hold of a pharmacist in person, as they almost never pick up the phone when you request to speak to one. And that's assuming you are able to get to a pharmacist quickly and not have to wait in line because the pharmacists are shooting the breeze with other store employees.

Good pharmacy - not great. Prices for meds are very good. Personnel are friendly and professional. Their phone app needs work.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They haven’t answered their phone for years. If you’re sick and need your medicine the same day, they’ll tell you it’ll be ready in 1-3 days. Never ready when they say it’ll be ready either. On top of this, they never seem to have medications stocked all the way and need to order them.

I was told 30 mins. Came back 35 mins later. Sorry it’ll be another 20 mins. Come back 28 mins later. Sorry out pharmacist stepped out. She finally came back and then they still had to mix the medicine! It wasn’t the wait. It was saying a time and making me wait longer. 3 times. Never going back.

Rx called by Dr. @ 9:30 am. Went to the Rx at 11:30. Rx was not ready, to return in one hour. Rx was closed for lunch when I returned. No sign visible. Uncaring attitude, Cassie.

Gallatin, Tn. Kroger Pharmacy, 845 Nashville Pk. 07/30/22 2PM Received the text notice that the last of 4 scripts were ready. I went inside and was only able to pick up 3 meds. (This happens all the time.) I was told that the 4th would be available after 3pm. After 3 is code for "you should not attempt to pick up until minutes before closing, and still it will not be ready." (This also happens all the time.) I was sitting in the drive thru 15 minutes before closing, with 2 customers in front of me. As I pulled up to the window, I noticed the shade had been pulled down. The time was barely 5:50 PM. After knocking on the glass, the employee raised the shade but refused to wait on me. I was told I would need to come inside, as they were starting to close. I pointed out the "hours of service" on her window and asked to be waited on. I was told that she was closing the register. I asked her to walk over to another register. I was told that they had other customers and to come inside. So, I did. I expressed my frustration to the Pharmacist by repeating the conversation I had with the tech at the window. She only glanced up once and went back to her work, ignoring me. I told her, "Hey, I'm talking to you." She said I was being disrespectful, however, I felt they were disrespecting me. I was then told to "quit talking" by the drive thru tech. I said to get me what I came in for, and I will leave. Well this epic customer service fail, ends with...wait for it, THE PRESCRIPTION WAS STILL NOT READY FOR PICK UP! This has been the story for many years, and this is the final straw! With their gas purchases, I spend over $800/month. I'm "Movin' on" from Kroger Pharmacy, including all of my Kroger grocery shopping purchases! I pass a brand-new PUBLIX on the way to Kroger, but from now on, they will be my stop for Pharmacy and grocery needs.
