Beware!!! Went for my yearly physical, where she told me she would be refilling my prescriptions, and then billed me for a "modified physical" in addition to the physical that was covered by insurance. I've never heard of such a thing! Will never go back.

Always superior care & expertise. My whole family absolutely loves Dr. Kellogg! Staff is great, office is always very clean...simply the best!

Dr. Lisa Kellogg is the best doctor I have ever had in my 45 years of life. She is compassionate and brilliant. I wouldn't trust my health to any other doctor.

Dr. Lisa Kellogg is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice. She attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; followed by her residency at Long Beach Medical Center in Long Beach, NY.
