Took our little dog for grooming today at Erika’s in Gallatin and they did a great job in a timely manner. They were very nice and so easy to deal with. We will be back .

Not a good dog grooming service do not take your goldendoodle here they charge way too much and didn't do a trim as I had asked they shaved my girl! ,The pink and purple haired owner is a liar and very condescending and the husband has anger issues. They should not be in business.

We enjoy visiting Erika’s Dog-Gone Grooming. My pup is super anxious and waiting all day at most salons is not an option for us. Erika and her team are super accommodating and fast! For a bath, nail trim, and cut it only takes an hour!!! Their prices are very affordable as well. Thanks Erika for always taking great care of Smokey!

What a fantastic first experience! My Border Collie is typically anxious and high energy and completely calmed down as Erika sweet talked her into cooperating with the nail trim. I'm so glad to have found such a gentle and kind groomer for my dog.

I try to support small business every chance I get - My first time with Ms. Erika and I was very impressed! They sensed my dog's nervousness and took immediate action. Listen, these folks know their stuff and I can't be happier for the care they provided to my pet. So glad to have found a new groomer.

I've had my Service Dog Maddie groomed by a few folks before but never has anyone took the time and actually cared the way Erika and her team do! They even trimmed the claws on my big black cat that's a bit of a Divo. I will be coming back and telling everyone about Erika's! Also, she's on the end of the building your GPS takes you to, NEXT DOOR to the barber shop.

Professional and FriendlyI took my standard poodle for grooming. I was able to het on quickly because of a cancellation. We talked about type of cut. My baby girl was cute. I was a little skeptical because of other reviews but they did an awesome job. Very professional and friendly. Will be going back again.

I contacted the grooming salon off of Facebook and messaged with Ericka Wheeler and shared information such as that my dog was a poodle mix and was about 35-38lbs, we agreed on $80 on the price. Perfect. We made it to our appointment about 20 mins early and left our pup. We were told that he would be ready in 2 hours, around 2 1/2 hrs later we get the phone call to pick him up. They didn’t try and cut his coat just trimmed his nails and did a maintenance grooming, charging us $70 the price of a large dog, for a medium dog who was suppose to have been a complete cut and nail trim and insisting that he was a large dog and that they just bathed him and trimmed his nails and that took them about three hours to do and pick up the phone. I would of rather had you call me and tell me he was not cooperating I would of gladly came and picked him up. Instead of paying an outrages amount of money for a bath and nail trim. The math doesn’t math on this one. Would not recommend using this salon as they tell you one thing for the service and proceed to do something completely different. I’m disappointed at the service and will not return here
