I’ve rented several units over the years and I will definitely say this one has been my favorite by far! The property is very clean, a great but cheap insurance program, if you forget your code (which I have) NO worries they are more then happy to help you in the matter of seconds through their over the phone customer service and the best part Ralph is amazing and happy to help whether it is a silly question that needs to be answered or lost keys and needing to get into your unit (which again I’ve done both) and he always has a smile on his face which makes my day better! 10/10 recommend!!!

I loved it here, it was well conditioned. anytime there were other people or workers there, they were very friendly and respectful of other’s property. Mrs.Karen (a worker in the office) was extremely helpful anytime I had questions! Unfortunately there was a large increase in the rent, and this caused me to have to remove my items from my unit.

Karen and Ralph helped us into an RV parking spot for storage. Walked us through the facility and really helped us feel welcome. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this spot!

My initial experience was FABULOUS but the moving out was HORRIBLE. It took a month for me to move out due to not having access to the gate. I had always dealt with a female but then I met RALPH. You should not be in customer service if you are irritated and you are rude to the customer. Everything that was spoken about was understood but it was your tone and demeanor. When you are rude to people and they come to the office, do not attempt to call the authorities. My review was initially a 5 but because of RALPH, it's a 2.
What tops it for me is the unauthorized use of my debit card for 2 different charges at 2 different times.

I enjoy the service here so much. I have three units. The staff is very friendly and nice. The facilities are clean. Easy to access and very secure.
