Elisha Radar was absolutely wonderful, I had a horrible day came in to open account, most ppl would not b receptive to people in the mood we were in and she seriously had us in a good mood when we left I really hope Region's shows employees recognition bc this lady deserves a lot of recognition for how great her customer service skills are..

They were nice when opening accounts, after that, they hold deposits, but hold deposits longer when in negative and keep charging over draft fees ?. It's not helpful when you are trying to get your finances in order. And when I call, they answer and hangup without even saying hello just hangup every time. I'd hate to switch Bank but enough is enough. ??♀️

Regions bank treats all their customers like garbage. Never bounced a check or had a negative balance on my account. Yet anytime I deposit anything they hold it for 2 business weeks. This bank is an absolute joke! Much better banks to steal your money than this dump!

When you need something from Regions, you call customer service and they bend over backwards to keep from talking with a human being. They ask you for your account number and then this number and then that number. Then after all of that, when they let you talk with someone, they start ALL OVER AND ASK YOU THE SAME QUESTIONS AGAIN! Terrible customer service! I HATE CALLING THEM!

Had a bad experience with the manager. The teller made an error. Supervisor acknowledged there was an error made. Nothing ever came of the situation. This particular incident made me homeless for two months. No one ever followed up. No one ever apologized. Regions made the mistake. Regions teller made the mistake and I as a 15+ years customer paid for it. Nothing was ever rectified Regions in both locations in Gallatin Tennessee were very rude to me about the incident

This has been my main regions location for the last few years, and every time I go to a different location, THEY are the ones that make me feel welcome and appreciated. This branch has always fulfilled my needs, but the employees tend to always have some sort of attitude. I have recently been going to the downtown gallatin branch more, and I will likely continue unless I absolutely have to come here. There has thankfully never been any sort of “incident” but the attitude of the employees just turns me away.

I am deeply disappointed! It is just sudden that i cannot use my ATM card in grocery and other facilities. I went to the bank and comply the documents that they needed and said it will be activated within 24 hours, but it did not, so i went back to the bank and told them , then they just said , that my account is closed and the remaining balance was sent in post-mail in check. They did not notify me about it prior to what had happened and did not give me a valid reason. The banker even said “ I don't know they have a reason for it.”Now I am experiencing some hassle on my part.

I’m absolutely shocked at how this business is ran. My husband and I opened a joint checking account on Saturday. We had an appointment at 11:15. Once we got there, we sat with a lady who hasn’t been there but only 4 weeks. The appointment took well over an hour. That was fine, we were patient and understood that she was new and we weren’t in a hurry. She did have to have several employees help her, but again, I was fine. It got down to our cards and the part where you deposit money into the account. My husband deposited $800 in cash in the account. The lady told us that it looks like everything is working and the funds would be available. Come to find out, they were not. We tried using our cards, declined, going to the atm, declined. The bank has already closed and we couldn’t get anyone to help us. We called the customer service line. Sat on hold for 30 minutes to be told that there is a hold on the deposit till the following business day which was Monday. We were highly annoyed at this point because not one employee told us this would happen. So we wait till Monday….. card still doesn’t work. My husband calls the branch and they forgot to have him sign something. They said all he would have to do is sign another document. He gets off work early to do this and he signs the document. Then he is told that the account still won’t work until the next following business day which is Tuesday. Again, we are highly annoyed and upset about the lack of communication with these employees and honestly do not trust what they are saying.My husband then calls the customer service line and talks to an employee to make sure that is true. The employees ensures him that we would just need to wait until midnight and the card and funds would be available and ready to use. It’s now Tuesday, we just tried to use both cards and both cards do not work. My husband called customer service again and now a different employee tells us that they will not be available until tomorrow because it takes two business days.Who did I give my money to? I’m needing a manager to contact me immediately. I want my money back because this is absolutely unacceptable.

This bank was so helpful yesterday was in danger of bank account getting in serious trouble with fees on their end and possibly with who I was paying. Gorgeous woman listened to me did something on computer whereas another regions bank did nothing. I was charged one fee but they paid the bill and I intend to pay it back

If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank was the worst in my life about fund availabilities and fees. So much so that after the 3rd problem in a matter of a month of delaying my funds I closed my account in the drive thru line. The following month after closing my cell phone provider attempted to bill the account. The cell phone company notified me and I updated my information and paid them. Regions was never out A SINGLE DIME, the account shouldn't have even existed to get billed to begin with given it was closed, yet they charged me a returned item fee. Then didn't notify me until it was sent to third party collections where it had accrued an even larger balance. I tried to contact the branch to resolve this but no one ever answers the phone. I called the 800# to be told there was nothing they could do since the account is closed, yet if this same fee was on a open account it would be simple for any teller to credit back so I know its a matter of they just don't want to help me which isn't much different than the level of service I got there the entire time my account was open with them. Pathetic.

Shouldn't take 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru, we customers have better things to do than waste our time waiting, open the lobby!!! News flash covid has a vaccine now
