I have been a loyal customer of UCB (Reliant-Commerce Union Bank) for nearly 14 years and have consistently experienced exceptional service. They have always gone above and beyond to address any concerns I may have had. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend UCB to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy banking institution. I am eager to continue doing business with them in the future.

I am very frustrated with this bank. I have had them for years. I have a personal and business account. My business account was hit with fraud yesterday. They got me for 100.00. Reliant tells me that I may not get my money back because the federal regulations don't allow them to offer my business the same protection as a regular account....REALLY??? My business should have more protection. The man I spoke to was rude and short with me when I was asking questions about my protection. I could not reach ANYONE after hours to discuss the fraud on my account and had to wait until 8 AM to speak to someone. They absolutely do not care that my account was used by someone else. Not to mention, if I want a new card mailed, they will only mail those out one day each week so it can take up to 2 weeks to receive a new one...or I can drive 45 mins to my nearest branch to get one. I am changing banks ASAP. This is terrible service for a "personal community bank" Nothing personal or community about this place

I have had it with this bank. The fact that they don't have a 24 hr customer service help is enough to not go with this bank. I have had no access to my bank online because their app and website have locked me out of my account. Tried to reset password 4 times and it wouldn't work. If it's not having a working atm which I quit using it's no customer service .

After having my money in Big banks, paying for hundreds of buildings and huge personnel costs with all of the fees, I chose a smaller community bank. I haven't missed ANYthing the Big banks tout they offer. It is great to go into the bank, be known personally and be treated so well! I will NEVER have my money in a Big bank again. I highly recommend community banks and specifically, Reliant Bank!!

I opened a checking account there in 2015. They were great to work with. Then one day in 2016 I went in to make a deposit and they told me my account had been closed with no explanation! I was shocked. No matter how many times I asked the bank officer, she had no explanation of why my account was closed without notifying me. I have a wonderful bank now and wish I'd have taken my business there first. Very strange experience when I had never had a problem with Reliant.

Talk with them about acquiring a loan for a small business loan and within 3 days I had the money. Thanks you so much for all you help.

Worked with them to open a business checking account and line of credit in late 2017. The bank rep was very nice and explained everything and went over what we wanted and expressed his desire and intent to put everything together for us. After this meeting and as days went by however we heard nothing in response. We tried calling and emailing after a week to follow back up and we never heard from him or anyone else at the bank. Even tried at least a second, if not a third follow up email and phone call with voice mail, all was again ignored. No, I would not recommend this bank and offer them as proof that even smaller banks can offer extremely poor customer service despite what they tell you.
