UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: If you’re so disappointed then why don’t you do something about it to fix it? Instead of telling me to simply “excuse” the inconvenience. What kind of response is that?!
I completely understand that storage facilities sometimes raise their rates, thats normal and expected. But what I have experienced here has been excessive and honestly exhausting. My rent has gone up month after month, sometimes by very large amounts, and it feels impossible to keep up with.
I’ve been a reliable tenant, always paid on time, and tried to work with them, but the constant increases have gotten out of hand. A small annual adjustment is one thing, but raising the rent repeatedly in such a short period of time is unreasonable.
I’m sharing this so anyone considering renting here is aware that your initial rate may not stay stable for long. Maybe one month. I wish the facility would show more consistency and fairness toward long term tenants instead of changing the price every single month.

Not a great experience thus far. Buildings for inside AC units are very poorly labeled on the outside. Took 15 minutes to finally find unit, once we did… they had rented to someone else also and there was a lock on it. Thankfully it was during office hours so we could get it taken care of. Had me sign a new lease. Never sent transfer of lease paperwork. Had to call to have that super important document sent to me. Also, unit is not 10x10 like advertised. So far, disappointed.

I have been renting a storage unit for a year now and just added another one. Gabriella & Ryan have always been pleasant and helpful to answer any questions I have. The buildings are always nice and clean. I feel my belongings are safe and secure!

iStorage has been a great resource for us. And manager Gabriella has been exceptionally helpful, with prompt and professional responses to our requests. The units and facilities are clean, and the climate control has been perfect. I would recommend iStorage to everyone based on my experience!

The manager is awesome, super friendly and takes great care of the property. There was never trash laying around or anything left out. We never had any issues with our unit and if we had any questions we always got a prompt response. Can not recommend this place enough!

Ben was extremely efficient with helping me find the size and location i needed. He sent the lease via email and that made it so easy! The only problem i had was the gate code didn't work. I will need to go by the front office this morning to get that straighten out so we can utilize the unit.
