Lied to about everything. Ported one phone and then the price increased by $500. Lied to about time frame for refund. Area manager called me but was as pathetic as the store staff

Several months ago I switched from V after many years. Wife \\u0026 I each received a Galaxy Z Flip 4 (5G) - Free! They switched everything over and I could not be happier. 5G, Flip and saving money.
