I just left Tractor Supply in Gallatin and I have a back injury and can't lift anything. They called an associate to help me and his name was Andrew. Not only did he load all my stuff in my truck he also pushed my buggy for me and put everything i needed in there. Thank you Andrew for going above and beyond providing great customer service you don't see that very often anymore.

Overall nice store. Lost 2 stars because the older man that helps with loading is completely unapologetically rude and the bad attitude seems accepted by leadership.

I really like the JobSmart tools they sell. I like I can get small sets for under 20.00. I'm an online seller and sell parts. I need tools to take my items apart.They do a great job for me. People there are nice and really helpful. If I can't find something. I show them on my phone what I'm looking for and they help me find it. I also love the same day delivery. I was really surprised to see it is cheaper to do same day delivery instead of regular delivery.

We love this store & the great workers that they have here. We were looking at getting a new mower as our old one was on it's last legs! Austin C. & Lance there helped us select a mower based on our needs & we went with their suggestion. Our new mower was delivered yesterday afternoon & right off it out performed our old one. THANKS Austin C. & Lance for your awesome help in helping us pick out a new mower.
