ATM took my check did not deposit it then told me it would take 10 days to dispute then the actual bank was closed for 4 days.

You cannot be in charge of your money. The fees are exorbitant. I do not recommend, if you don't have any money they keep charging you every week till you're in the black. I have fixed income (disability) if you can't keep $1500.00 in a month you are charged. My monthly income is only $800.00 month. I started with free checking account when I could work. I found out smaller banks are fathergranded into free checking account. I have started into a checking account in 2003, today I closed that account because I can't afford it.

This branch has the worst customer service!They have the most inconvenient hours, there always seems to be some type of issue with the drive thru, and most recently I had to make a drive thru cash deposit, was not offered a deposit slip, my deposit amount was not confirmed, and then I ended up being shorted $100 (granted I should have checked the recepit) I got home and called minutes later to let them know the amount was not right, but of course they were closed.I've been going back and forth with them for almost a month now over $100 and were not getting a resolution. I keep getting the run around that they have to check the security cameras... was that till not $100 over that night, I mean it was 10 minutes before closing... if the rep pocketed my money is that my fault? Why can't management keep in touch with me instead of waiting for me to keep calling?? Why did corporate tell me it would be NO BIG DEAL and the till would be over and they'd be happy to know where the overage came from.Side note: I have been in touch with management and corporate

Of all regional bank chains my personal favorite is US Bank as I've just had better experience with them in multiple states than I have most of their competitors (cough, Bank of America, etc.). I opt for two banks in TN--one local (Volunteer State Bank, always great) and one with multi-state offices (US Bank). Of the Sumner County locations I've not had any problems at any of them and have used most of them at this point but when possible (and near Gallatin) I prefer this particular location. Friendliest staff, plenty of parking, fast drive-through, knowledgeable bankers.

When did banker hours drop to 4pm? Place closes too early. At least they are willing to point towards the Publix location. Which begs the question, why bother having a branch office here at all?

I'm a truck driver and I'm on the road and had to cancel my card this past week I went into the bank just a few minutes ago and had the greatest experience ever... the bank teller was probably one of the nicest people I've met had a sense of humor and was quite lovely to look at if I could give 10 stars for just the bank teller I definitely would
