08.05.25 - I waited in line 35 minutes because they had no Forward Address forms available in the lobby or service line, just to be handed the form and explained I had to fill out and present a state ID to have the request fulfilled. Why wouldn't the form be available to fill out while folks wait in line?? This office is not efficiently organized or staffed.

Best post office I've ever been to, they actually know what they are doing, I went to 2 post office they literally said I don't know what it's asking, I don't know how to do it. If I could give them more stars I would.

The people behind the counter are always knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They always give me shipping options from low to higher in price to let me choose the best delivery method. I live in town limits and this has been my Post Office for a decade now and I am 100% satisfied with the service, knowledge and speed of the counter staff and my delivery mail person. 5 stars says it all.

Zero stars if I could, good luck getting anyone on the phone, and the 800 number is a bot that will literally only let you check the tracking number that you have for your lost package. This place is a circus of clowns.

If i could give zero stars i would, the phone number listed is a pointless dead end robot with no way to actually get any info or questions answered, i found a second phone number that told me to wait in line while being connected to a person and after 5 minutes the call was hung up. So lame.

Terrible staff and terrible delivery people who are lazy. Now, out of spite, they are not delivering our mail. Wow! How, unprofessional. You all first damage our property and leave mail and packages outside in the wind and rain. Mail should be delivered to mailbox. Packages to front porches that are covered. Not outside garages where it will blow away and get soaked. I’ve bought signs to inform all delivery folks to deliver on porch. If they went, they would find refreshments. This place is a joke and they need to fire everyone and hire food decent people that work with the public. Customer service lessons need to be taught and people need to learn to be cheerful and help with the situations instead of saying- we will damage your property if we want to. Not cool. Not cool.

My packages disappear and my pharmacy by mail prescriptions get sent back to the pharmacy marked, "No forwarding address".

Stolen mail from this location! Never had an issue until I moved to this area but clearly this location gets away with stealing mail. Josie the manager is a JOKE. She doesn’t care one bit many mail pieces are taken from employees here. She is also unprofessional and rude!
