“My fiancé and I took a short vacation in Gatlinburg and our favorite experience was exploring the local shops. Everything on display was exquisite and finely made. Peggy was an absolute delight to speak with, and learning about her legacy as an artist was nothing short of inspiring. I had just learned about scrimshaw a few days before so it felt surreal to see the real thing in such high quality! I left with a deep appreciation for her and her husband's craftsmanship. I wish I'd purchased a dagger, but it makes for a great excuse to come visit again. The shop can seem unassuming from the outside, so you definitely don't want to miss it when passing through!”
“Bears Valley Antiques is a delightful and well-organized stop for anyone hunting for vintage charm and unique finds. It's a multi-vendor antique mall where the selection is diverse and thoughtfully curated, making browsing a pleasant adventure. It’s located in a quaint little town just a few miles from Pigeon Forge, TN.
The store often shines when it comes to holiday decor, offering a fantastic selection of vintage Christmas items. Shoppers can find nostalgic ornaments, classic holiday linens, and seasonal collectibles that add a touch of old-world charm to any home.
For ladies who are kitchen collectors, the dishes, glassware, and pottery are a major draw. You can find everything from elegant, exquisite colored glass pieces and fine china sets to charming vintage Pyrex and rustic kitchenware essentials.
The shop also caters to the guys who love rustic and historical items, with a selection of vintage tools and various primitive decor pieces. These items are perfect for decorators looking to add character and industrial or farmhouse touches to their spaces.
Beyond these main categories, the inventory is rounded out by unique collectibles, jewelry, books, and local crafts, ensuring there is a little something special for every type of collector.
While some pieces may be priced a bit higher, the quality, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere make Bears Valley Antiques a must-visit destination for rewarding antique shopping in the valley.”

“I was so impressed with the skillmanship of a man with his chainsaw!! Amazing works and friendly people too!! Bought some sauces and honey in the market. Cute store!”
“This was one of my favorite stops on my treasure hunt! It has a wide variety of antiques and collectibles and a really good amount of mantiques! We were there too early to eat at the diner, but if I'm back in that area I will be sure to stop by and grab a burger basket! The aisles can be a bit tight and many of the booths are a bit cluttered, but I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look!”

“We stopped here driving from shop to shop. It wasn't exactly what we thought it would be when we walked in. It ended up being a really cool place to look at antiques, art work, hand made rugs and more. Even a wine store. Great place to go!!”
“I was there once. I came because the reviews said it was small. And I like quaint old places. This farmhouse is not small, the nerve of some people gee. Its not like a humongous house but it is fairly big with many rooms, and an upstairs. I loved it. And the woman we had talked to was super nice. She went above and beyond to try to find a penny on a huge santa claus Clark statue. Never found it and we bought it anyway. And then after signing the guest book we left vowed to definitely come back which we will. Plus to top all this all off the owners sent me a Christmas card. Wow!! They didn't have to and yet they did. Thank you for opening your shop to everyone. May your year be blessed. Thank you for the card. It came at a time most needed.”
“It's one of our favorite shops. It's small and full of stuff to see but that's the best part about it. Never know what treasures you will find. The nice lady working there is great to talk to!”
“Very nice place tucked into the corner of Gatlinburg. The owners were gracious to allow me to park in their lot while we hiked in the area. Post hike we picked up some sweets and a prize for our grandson. Susie wants to go back tomorrow for another Lemon Gooey Bar!”
