Food was oily and ended up sick within a half hour. Wasn't sure if it was the grease or the meat but had to be something. I was fine before eating.

Went here because I thought we'd get something quick to eat instead of going to a restaurant and it ended up being good. Also, because our car was parked in a pit said lot and we needed to get dinner without going too far. We don't get five guys often and thought this was pretty good. We enjoyed the burgers even though it wouldn't be our first choice and it was a bit pricey.

We tried vegetarian sandwich and French fries. Both tasted average but so much oily. Restaurant is not so clean on a weekend day probably because it’s crowded. Free roasted peanuts available. Restrooms are available. Code is given with a purchase. Most likely it’s year number.Vegetarian options: Just 1 or 2 options for vegetarians

The food is always great but, it is expensive as ever. $75 for three meals is wild. No fault of the staff though. They were great and so was the food.

Out of all the food we ate in Gatlinburg which was Bubba Gump and Alamo steak house Five guys in Gatlinburg was way much better food I was very disappointed in the others! My Burger and fries was great!

How convenient of Five Guys right next to Baskin Robbins.The burgers are absolutely bussin, despite the overpriced items they have, it's worth it.I will say if you do end up getting the french fries, get the smallest size, they will put extra in your bag guaranteed all the time.I have to end up putting around 200 words on this review just so I can get the extra points for detailed review, but hey just go try it out.Plus it's near a famous area too ?

I never knew that a beef patty grilled with onions with a little bit of seasoning can taste this good-- The Cajun fries are out of this world !!

Johan and Lisa were very welcoming and kind, give those kind folks a raise!! Our fries were hot and delicious and Johan made sure we had ketchup and Lisa made sure we had a water to drink :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten Allergy

I have to say, I had never been to a Five guys before. Was in Gatlinburg with family for a visit and we started to eat in a different restaurant. Unfortunately it was not my cup of tea, napkins and straw papers all over the floor, once we were seated we were ignored. We waited a bit watching the hosts play on her phone and then walked out and down to Five Guys! What a difference! It was clean, the clerk Ed was quick, friendly, and efficient. The food was out in no time and delicious. When they say"large fries" they are not kidding! The restrooms were clean and the whole experience was fun, relaxing and tasty. Oh did I mention they have complimentary Peanuts!!! Below is a photo of the staff who treated us to a great meal, Melody (General Manager 1st week one in the job title) Ed, Assistant General Manager, Lillian Cook Ruby, Cook, and Johan cook). Thank you for making our day! Hey Corporate if you see this, please give them a shout out, they deserve it.

My husband eats at 5 guys where we are from but when we were here he kept saying "omg! That was the best 5 guys I've ever had!" ?
