We were happy you guys were open until 10:00 5/3/2022!! My husband and I wanted a couple of Yankees ball caps for him, and ended up buying a couple of gifts and 4 caps for myself!! The selection is awsome and some really cool caps. Michael was a lot of help and was a hoot. Lots of help, also. Thanks to Lids and Micha!!

Great store Michael it's a great guy willing to work with the costumer just as Derrick he's great aswell I really enjoyed the place during vacation great hat selection very warm people they treat you like family

Beware of False Advertisements!The selection was nice & they had hats with $25, some with $15 & a few with $10 stickers on them. The one we liked had a $15 sticker but when we went to check out, the total was around $31. We asked why it wasn’t ringing up $15 & the guy told us because it had an embroidered patch on it… my advice is don’t believe any special marked prices because they’re obviously there to deceive the customers.

Came in this afternoon with my husband to check out some hats ! The guy at the cash register was friendly and informative and the store had a wide variety of hats - the prices were reasonable as well ! I highly recommend this amazing establishment

I paid 60$ for an embroidered hat.. I didn’t realize it at the time but they started my embroidery on the wrong side and wrong color. Didn’t tell me.

Chuck, next time when there is a customer, a young woman with a kid approaching the door in your store, please be kind, explain store policy and consider allowing customer to leave their water bottle on the floor inside your store, not making a 7 year old kid to leave his water bottle outside at 85+F on the pavement, which was unsafe and rude.Please be nicer to other people. When my son came back to pick a hat nothing prevented your from being kind and slow a boy, without a drink that I had to good outside to browse your merchandise. He is your customer too. Don't discriminate based on age, gender, or any other biases. Please be kinder, your monthly store revenue report will thank you. Poor customer service, so do not recommend.

The manager was exceptionally rude, yelling at his employees in front of customers and made the whole situation awkward. It was unprofessional and rude how the situation was handled.
