Well, we are from Ohio and our brakes went out and pigeon Forge and Jason the mechanic told us to bring it to him this morning within an hour and a half. We had new rotors and brakes and nobody could be much nicer and their prices are great, so thank you so much for helping our vacation move along.

Huge shout out to Jason the mechanic here. We were visiting from Indiana and our car started making this awful noise. Jason had it fixed within a few hours and at a reasonable price. He was grateful enough to show me photos of the problem as well. Thank you Jason!

People say this store is very helpful that maybe for a very few. But for me personally they r way over price & rip people off . The only way anyone can pay that's if have alot of money to spend on there over price . B.S. ! They know that people will pay . And they don't care about riping u off and take ur money .

My van's alternator died during a family trip to Gatlinburg, and we found ourselves stranded with limited battery power to run the vehicle. Fortunately for us, we were able to make it to the Marathon service center right before the park, and the mechanic there, Matt, took great care of us. He ordered the parts and had us on the road the very next day. Matt was kind, fair, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

On a road trip to Gatlinburg with friends, we had a problem with our rental car. Matt came in early to help us out and fixed our car quickly and affordably. He saved our vacation. Tom was also most helpful. These are two good guys and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Shout out to Steve at Gatlinburg gas! He was so helpful and informative. Traveling in a rental car and needed guidance on engine issue. Because of him I made it home safe as he helped me with the oil change and instructed me on what to look for in the future! Thank you so much!

Love how professional the whole team is when it comes to their service. Matt is the best mechanic you’ll ever meet and he does the job right! From changing oil to replacing motor mounts, he is the doctor of vehicle care and maintenance. A very honest and compassionate group of people, especially to be located in a tourist trap town. Steve is also another great individual who works diligently in serving the visitor and local populous alike whenever they enter the store
