Mailman refuses to get out of his car to deliver packages and the post office will not do anything to make him do his job. I have had a delivery slip in the mailbox for two days that he keeps ignoring and it contains medicine.

Our mail has come up missing 3 times now and I have the app showing me what is “supposed” to come. They won’t give you the local number to call so I keep going in but always the same response, we don’t see anything back here or they had a substitute driver. Ughhhhhhhhhhh

Really. No Flat Rate or Priority Boxes in the lobby. Only available when they are open. This PO is Worthless. Another reason the USPS should be shut down. These government employees don't care about the people, only their pay check. Shut them down.

Mail is constantly missing or going to the wrong address. I don't know what the problem is but I had to buy a PO Box just to get my mail.

The staff at this post office are the unsung heroes of our community's recovery from the wildfires of Nov. 2016. They have gone above and beyond in every way possible to accommodate all of us, despite all the chaos with many hundreds of burnt addresses, holds, and address changes, and always with kindness and smiles! They're amazing.

Always very friendly no matter how many customers are backed up in line. They really seem to try an handle all the people equally but, being an owner of many stores over the past 35 years, I think they are operating to lean, and really need some extra employees! as the Post Office continues to get more and more active. Not just mounds of letters to deal with, and many tourists with lots of questions, in no hurry, moving slowly, at a tourist pace, plus all the increase in priority mail, and all the shipping of Boxes. The current employees should at minimum, get a big patt on the back. Thank you! RpA.
