“We have been searching for a vehicle for months and had spoken to several dealerships and searched every website that exists. We were getting very frustrated with our findings or lack there of. I saw several postings on social media for TradeUp and had some communication with them regarding a few vehicles. To be honest I was hesitant to move forward out of uncertainty. Well on Friday I was contacted by Bailey from the Cleveland dealership and just his ability to explain how their process works put me at ease slightly. I went forward with the application which was very straightforward and easy to complete.. Bailey scheduled our appointment for Saturday afternoon, Brandon the owner reached out a short time later and informed us that we could come in sooner if we wanted so we wouldn't have to spend our day waiting. To be honest I was still apprehensive going to the dealership and getting the same treatment we had in our past car purchases. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the salesman needing to "check with their manager" "check with finance" and the basic runaround that many of us are use to in dealing with a normal dealership. We arrived at the dealership and were met by Bailey and immediately we were on our test drive. The vehicle was absolutely as advertised, even better than expected. We came back to the office and sat with Bailey who presented the specifics of our purchase. Literally the only thing we had to do was apply and email our paystubs. The deal was exactly what we needed. No "sales manager" seriously no hassle at all. We found that TradeUp was not a "Normal" dealership, TradeUp is not typical. They are remarkable in how they work with their customers. Bailey spoke to us as people not just customers. I absolutely encourage anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to go to TradeUp and see for yourself that they are truly different. Don't be like me and wait and allow for past experiences to influence you in missing a great opportunity. This was the best car buying experience that we've ever had. The entire process was so comfortable. The vehicles are amazing and very clean. We are beyond thankful to Bailey, Brandon and the entire TradeUp company. 1051 3rd St, Cleveland“Solid guys, honest when you ask questions. Sent pictures/info paperwork as requested truck was 100% of what they said it was. Opened up shop on a closed day to accomodate my schedule. There was no rust on it like promised. Drove from 6 hours to spend a good amount of cash. Found a few simple things maintenance wise the truck needed (I am a mechanic) and they had no problem negociating a few hundred for the simple issues I found (worn brake pads/rotors).Bottom line, they are a used car dealer. You are buying a used car as-is. Dont expect every WEAR ITEM to be 100%. If youbeant that go buy new. If you cant inspect a vehicle for rust/mech issues before you buy it, bring someone who knows about vehicles to help you. You have the choice, dont blame them for not having a crystal ball.EDIT: Truck was suppossed to have a "good used turbo" in it. Looks like that was a lie... missing blades from it?? Outstanding. Cant blame the seller, he had reciepts for the shop it came from. Always risk invovled buying new.”
“About 2 months ago I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from Elliots for 3,000. It had 130,000 miles on it. It was a great deal. My only concern was that the engine light was on. Another guy at the lot was able to hook it up to a reader and pull the codes so I knew it was only a 02 sensor problem. I have been very happy with the car and the Service was great. The place is in the middle of no where but was worth the drive. The car had just come in so they didn’t know much about it but we’re honest about that. I would recommend this car lot to anyone.”
