I wasn’t aware that walk ins weren’t welcome! I stood by the iPhone I wanted to purchase for probably 30 minutes. The red shirt staff walked by me 25-30 times. I was never asked what I needed or wanted? Most of them were looking and typing on their new iPhones? Finally I asked the guy who seemed to be a door greeter that missed me when I came in, he said “go stand right there, a nd someone will help you” Well I stand there for a while longer and a lady asked me what I wanted. I told her the iPhone I wanted and was asked how I wanted to pay and did I want to trade in, no, I just want a phone and to pay for it with a card. She leaves and I stand around another 10 minutes. Two young people came in right through the door from which I was standing 5 foot from. Immediately they were asking and was being shown phones before the big glass door had time to close. I know I don’t look rich or young, but I am a human being with feelings. Needless to say after seeing this, the next time the big glass door shut, I was on the other side of it. Thanks but no thanks apple! Not going to say I’ll buy another brand, but it won’t be from inside the building with the big glass door!

The service is terrible. I was supposed to pick it up at 4 PM, but when I went, they said I hadn't signed up for the reset, so I had to re-register and pick it up at 7 PM. They didn't even apologize, and I spent seven hours at Apple Service today. It's the worst. There are plenty of employees, but more are just sitting idle. I want to go back to Android.

I had a great experience at the store thanks to Kawanis. She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. My phone took a long time to back up, but she remained calm, kind, and reassuring the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Kawanis, for your exceptional service! Highly recommended.

This place is TERRIBLE. Me, a black woman, and my hispanic husband walked in and stood for over 20 minutes without being tended to. White people were coming in after and were being immediately greeted and tended to. Would NOT recommend coming here if you are of color. Very racist, very rude.

This is the 3rd time that I have come to this store and will have to stand there and wait for someone to ask me if I need help. When several employees will just look at stare at me whole standing talking and laughing with one another instead of offering help.

This store and Apple has done nothing short of disappoint me every time I try to use them. Over the years I've had them deny AppleCare repairs time and time again or make them insanely difficult in wha I assume is an attempt to get you to take a higher priced repair option or trade the phone in. Today I went in for a simple screen repair just a cracked glass front and their scan tool lit up saying there were issues detected with Face ID, camera, speakers all of which are working just fine. They want to send the phone off to their offsite repair site and give me a loaner phone, put down a deposit, have to come back to pick it up all of which is really inconvenient. Of course they offer for me to do the self mail in repair option and that costs 100 instead of 30. I'm so sick of not being able to use the AppleCare I always buy I'm temped to throw my entire apple ecosystem away and start over with android. I've cracked my screen probably 3 times and I've never been able to use the 29 dollar repair and it feels super intentional.

I wish there were other Apple stores in the Memphis area but that’s okay. This store can be really great and really frustrating at times. The service, depending when you go, will be really quick or really slow. Aside from that, it’s a great store offering all the latest on Apple products.
