How can one spend 3 hours here? Unbelievable!!!! My husband needed a new battery and after being told to pick it up in an hour, when we arrived back at the store, we were told it had to wait on a battery which would take 3-5 days. Then, we were given a loaner which took 2 hours to get his data transferred! All I can say is that it has been exhausting!

Apple at Saddle Creek is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to make sure you have answers to all of your questions. The wait times are not good though.

customer service is bad, called for 3 hours straight, continuously heard the phone being picked up and was hung up on everytime.

Very friendly staff, my wife and I went in to buy two new MacBooks. Seller didn’t try to give us the run around or sell us anything we weren’t looking for. We’ve been several times to this location for Apple products and plan to continue buying from here.

This place is always hopin! It’s great though. They are wonderful to work with and get help from for any of my issues.If I need anything, they are always available and friendly and answer all my concerns. I’m so grateful we have one in the Memphis area! And I love their classes!

Went into the Apple Store to check on my daughter’s phone. The first person I seen was a girl name Mya.. she did a diagnostic on the phone and told me what it needed and to go back to the front if I wanted ti trade it in and get the real value. First thing I noticed we were looked over.. finally a white guy comes over to ask us what did we need.. we said we want to know about a trade in and how much it’s worth. He told us to go stand by the table to look at the phones, 20 mins later he never came back. I noticed him kept helping the white ladies that had just walked in finally he sent a associate MIA with the mustache and she did another diagnostic on the phone and she said the total value was $420 and I could trade it in for a new phone. I didn’t need a new phone so I asked her could I get anything in the Apple Store? She said yes I picked a pink iPad and everything went through as we were talking. I said to myself as she was putting everything in mmm I don’t know why my daughter said her Face ID camera hardly worked.. she heard me and somehow behind our back closed out that diagnosis and did another one.. but she told us she was submitting in the pink iPad. Mind you they brought the pink iPad from the back in 2.5 seconds, ready to go. Then MIA said I don’t know what’s going on but it’s saying now it’s only worth $145.. she said I promise you I didn’t do anything. I don’t know what happened.. She went and got the same guy from the beginning, we act like he was gonna go talk to the manager.. I watched him stall us as he became went to back. He helped someone else and came back and told us. It’s not $420 he don’t know what happened but it’s nothing he can do then him and MIA started whispering about the black girl MAYA that helped us first, talking about her. They are RACIST and DIRTY I wouldn’t step foot in there ever again!!!

Bad customer service was yelling in my face the manager himself I told the manager this is my 12 time coming here and he rudely told me and this is your last time the AirPod 3rd gen I have been waiting there for 3 hours and the manager gave 2 People before me a new set of AirPods and didn’t want to give me a new set like he did to them he is racist and saw my name so that is why he didn’t want to give me the airpods

The most rude employees I have interacted with. Very bad customer service. And the AirPods 3 are the worst. Screamed at me. Racist employee and didn’t give me the same quality of service as the previous customers.

"I had a negative experience with the saleswoman when purchasing my iPad. She was unhelpful, tough, and aggressive instead of taking the time to explain and support me during our discussions. I won't be returning to this place again."
