Mack dealt with a very irate customer before me beautifully. She had to have been shaken up by him. She managed to move on from him and gently help an older man with a simple mistake he was making. Then she helped me. My needs were complex involving an elevator. Not a problem either of us had ever dealt with. She stayed with it and worked everything out for me. I left with her card and phone number. Great experience.

I can’t remember his name but he was light skin with glasses. He helped me and was even nice to my baby. He multi tasked with other customers while still helping me. He even told me about discounts I could receive with my job and have better internet service with att cause I got fiber by my house.

Mack and Mont were terrific and provided exceptional service.
Greeted promptly, assisted with new phone setup and made to feel welcome as a valued customer.
I really like this store and the personnel are all great.

Worst customer service every. I wasn't acknowledge when I walked in the store. I walked around the store about 5 mins and no ever asked me did I need any help. There was one associate helping someone and the other associate wasn't helping anyone. So I left. I called to the store this morning and the phone was just ringing and then I got sent to voicemail.
