“The store was very clean and well organized. Numerous options to choose from. They had a kids section and wanted to find our daughter a bike. The gentlemen helped me with a chart showing the height recommended for her. He also explained the trade-in program. This is great as little kids grow so quickly. Plus Trek is an excellent quality bike. We also got the bike registered to us, had all paperwork explained, and he even put the little tassels on (I know you literally just push them in the handlebars) but he still took the time to do it. I paid for everything, went to lunch and came back and it was there. It was nice because her little pink bike (daughter is 2.5yrs) was in the full bike rake. Meaning they didn’t just think of it as some little kid bike and not caring. This store was great!”

“I recently purchased a Cannondale bike from this shop. Gavin was my salesman and ongoing advisor. He’s been wonderful. I had a terrible experience from another shop in the Binghamton area - they would not return calls or even bother to take the time to answer my questions, despite their top reviews. I chose Outdoor Inc Bike Shop because of their service and just good customer service. I am sure the other place has experts. What’s the point if they wouldn’t return calls. Gavin has helped me tweak my bike following the first 100 miles. I highly recommend this store, and their friendly service. I guess there is a reason their company has been around since the 70’s.
