Recently had a derailer issue! Not only did Kevin get me rideable, but ordered the new one and replaced it with an unexpected turnaround time! I made a 4 hour trip from out of town to pick up a new gravel bike. However, I did not realize that the Memphis area was experiencing major power outages due to severe winter weather. Although the store was closed due to weather, Bill and Karen quickly responded to my emails. Bill met me at the store 20 minutes later and took his time servicing the bike and helping me with accessories (pedals/shoes/helmet). Great buying experience!

Went to the shop when visiting for Thanksgiving and was knocked out by the good info from Bill. That’s right. He even introduced himself by name and a firm handshake and spent 20 minutes talking to me mainly about gravel and road riding despite the fact I wasn’t there to buy anything. Lots of shops in Memphis but these people are the real deal for knowledge and something most shops lack-friendliness. I’ll be back with a checkbook in hand because none of the Nashville shops are this helpful
