I stopped by this jewelry store and as I was parking a guy with a long ponytail came out and said "Ma'am! You can't park here! We own this lot!" So then I asked if they were open because I am looking to have a wedding band made to go with my engagement ring. He said "No! But we own this lot." Maybe they have so much business that they don't need anymore, and maybe people park in their lot and cause and issue, but there is a nice way to say that and I'll never shop there if that's how they regularly talk to people coming to their store.

I'm truly disheartened to say that my recent visit to this jewelry store was nothing short of a nightmare. The rudeness and lack of customer service left me astonished, and I can confidently declare that they have lost a loyal customer.From the moment I entered the store, it was abundantly clear that the staff had no intention of being helpful or accommodating. I was ignored for what felt like an eternity, despite there being very few other customers in the store. When I finally managed to catch the attention of a salesperson, their attitude was dismissive and condescending. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers.To make matters worse, when I inquired about a particular piece of jewelry, I was met with eye-rolling and an abrupt response that implied I was wasting their time. It's as if they had forgotten that they were in the business of selling jewelry, and, in theory, helping customers make informed decisions.I felt not only disrespected but also embarrassed by the way I was treated. A jewelry purchase is often a special and sentimental experience, and I had hoped to find something meaningful here. Instead, I left feeling utterly dejected and frustrated.It's safe to say that I will never set foot in this store again, and I will actively discourage friends and family from doing so as well. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism displayed by the staff is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. It's a shame that they've lost a once-loyal customer, but their appalling behavior leaves me with no other choice.

Owner was extremely disrespectful to not just his potentialclients but to any individual who isn’t a paying customer. The area is under construction and I happened to park by his place. Why? Because it is called a public parking lot for paying customers not just at your facility but any store in that area. I’m assuming that’s why you have other designated lots for YOUR customers. Owner has no respect nor the courage to have stepped out of the building himself to address his concern to me instead he sent his employee to lecture me that the owner doesn’t like a young man parking his car near his store just because he isn’t his customer. Have some decency and a bit of kindness. What a joke of a store. It’s why I have other jewelers especially for my Rolex’s. You are a joke. Lost a paying customer.

Bob Richards Jewelers (BRJ) representatives were very kind and gracious. They also did an excellent job replacing my father’s watch battery within minutes. I had visited three other jewelers for watch repair prior to BRJ. They either had to outsource the repair to another store, or they did not have the tools to fix this watch, but BRJ got it done! Truly grateful!

Had an unhelpful and unfriendly associate "assisting" me in finding a necklace for a special occasion. I had seen a necklace on their website and showed him the photo; they didn't have it in store, which was fine, but he made no effort to show me anything else that might have fit my need or offer to order it for me. I proceeded to ask questions about the necklace and his response was "well I'd have to talk to the concierge of the company who makes it," but again made no effort to do so at the time or indicate he would do it at a later time. I explained I needed the necklace a certain length and because the piece of jewelry had an element that dropped lower than the chain, his remark was "well I don't know how long the part below the chain hangs." I thought to myself, neither do I, sir, but this is a piece of inventory at YOUR store! I found the entire experience disheartening. I was excited to purchase a special piece of jewelry and instead of was met with indifference at best, condescension and outright rudeness at worst. Don't waste your time with this store who wouldn't know customer service if it was a necklace hanging around their neck!

We’ve been doing business with Bob for more than 30 years. He is a jeweler you can trust.He has an excellent selection of jewelry. What we appreciate the most is his repair service. They do a wonderful job and his pricing is excellent.He recently repaired a watch for us which is 35 years old and it came back looking brand new.We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Whether it be purchasing jewelry for the love of your life or having a treasured timepiece serviced/polished, James and the staff at Bob Richards can take of your needs. I recently did both, received excellent service, and would highly recommend them. The personalized care we received while choosing the diamond and setting was top notch and the great conversations in general about our jewelry and watches was just icing on the cake. I will be back in the future for sure.

Outstanding customer service! I was on a waitlist at multiple jewelers for a custom order Rolex. Bob Richards Jewelers called me as soon as an order was available and I had my watch in hand in less than 2 months. Multiple other jewelers had told me it would be near impossible to get a new Rolex at this time. Bob Richards did what others said they couldn’t. It’s exactly what I wanted and the transaction was seamless. I love my new watch and will shop with them again soon!

Bob is a very nice man. He has the best Jewelry and Watches all of these very nice and High end quality merchandise. People don't know where to go to fix their Watches. I got news for you Bob himself is a best watch repair person plus he has three more employees who repair watches. He has Real Seiko watches and some more high named.
