“Had a membership, damage was done to my vehicle by an employee! I had to replace my antenna, the manger took the complaint & all the receipts agreed to reimburse me, which I have emails & text messages to prove!! Keeps telling me I'll receive a check in two weeks since November 20th l!! Have not been paid!! Next contact with Erica c******* was Dec10th check is in the mail!! So unprofessional still have not received payment!!!”

“Phillip is a GREAT owner of his 3 laundry mats..He has put in new washers and dryers. He has a.n Attendant on site at every location. Also you can drop off your clothes to be washed by the attendant on duty. The best thing I love about this is he gives his customers FREE washing powder if needed”

“This location used to be absolutely Horrible. Only reason I went in the past is because it was the closest to my home. My last visit was on Thursday and let me say, they have really stepped their game up. My car actually comes out of the wash clean and all of the vacuum cleaners are in working order. I noticed a new manager and staff and they have done an excellent job on improving the place! Before, I would have to hunt down a staff member if I had a question or an issue. Now they come to the customer and make sure everything is ok. Ashton is a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great.
