“went in on a Saturday to get a replacement AirPod for two of my old AirPods. Moe did such an awesome job with great service, especially considering he was multitasking helping a table full of people. I was able to get in and out, I felt compelled to write this because of how satisfied I was after Moe’s help😊”

“I’ve had nothing but good experiences shopping at this Best Buy. I’ve picked up phone chargers, a Wi-Fi router, and several Philips Hue smart bulbs here over the years. The store is well organized, the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s nice being able to see products in person before buying. I also have the Best Buy credit card, and the rewards and financing offers have been a nice bonus for larger purchases. Overall, it’s a reliable place for electronics, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.”

“Needed our color Brother Lazer printer fixed, called 4 places, just to look it over was outrageous. Found this place online. Called and the lady that answered was very nice, she said hold on, I will get you someone that knows about printers. David answered and very glad he did, he was very knowledgeable about the printer and told me the good, bad and ugly part I needed to know. He said drop it by and he would check it out, I did, 30 minutes later he called and said it was fixed and printing perfectly. Just picked it up and it does now work perfectly. Best thing was there was NO CHARGE ? He just asked if and when we needed ink he had it cheaper than anyone else, and would be delivered right to my door.. David was GREAT, not just because of no charge, he was actually a nice guy, and very helpful and knowledgeable...PS, also carried it from my car to inside, and carried it back after fixing it. It luckily didn't have any major damage after printing for 4 years ..It's nice to buy a product made right here close to home..and even better to have it fixed close to home ..”

“They have just about every part you would ever need or want for your home computer or laptop. Not to mention they can find you that $5 part for your cellphone that some place elsewhere would tell you to replace the entire $800 phone.”

“We are leaving our Office Depot purchase in our van for several days before unloading it because of the virus. In that sense our transaction is not totally finished. But now we would tell you the service provided by Wilson & several of his colleagues could not have been more wonderful. Professionalism, critical thinking & care made the sale possible. We are 73, w/ medical issues & didn't want to come in. Product found online. Staff handled our payment & 3 bookcases were loaded in our van as we waited in the van. Just terrific problem solving & care. Efficient too!!”
