HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. If you are a preferred human (doctor) you may speak to them. Otherwise they will tell you to call back and leave a voicemail. Maybe CVS follows Walgreens into bankruptcy

Extremely poor response from pharmacy associates. Makes you wait forever for a simple prescription. Better to go somewhere than wasting time here for no reason

I ordered refill for my mom last week. I called before coming and the answering machine said it is available. But when I went there to pick it up, it was not ready. I have waited 45 minutes to get it. The staff do not have enough knowledge, they are lazy and confused. This is my worst experience whit pharmacy so far.

The staff is great…..However the manager of the CVS in Germantown, Tn. was rude and dismissive when I ask to have a refill of my Ambien 5mg. She talked to me like i was suspected of being an addict. Even though I’m allowed, by law, to have a 30 day supply every 28 days…she told me that she was going to hold it for 1 extra day because I had been requesting it every 28 days, too often. That was arrogant and going too far. She is not a doctor, but she seems to think it is her job to watch out for a 74 y/o woman to might be trying to “feed her habit” by regularly requesting my prescription 2 days early. The fact is, that I worked in a hospital, as an RN, (on the night shift) for many years, before retiring. It well known, the night shift can be hard on a persons ability to sleep or adjust to a normal sleep rhythm. So having a pharmacy manager with-hold the medication 1 extra day (just because she could ( is over-the-top). I am not an adolescent who needs her supervision.I will be moving my prescription needs elsewhere so I don’t to feel the need to explain myself for 2 extra sleeping pills a month. I can only imagine how awful it would be for someone who has chronic pain to be questioned or challenged over a request for 30 pills 2 days ahead……when it is allowed by FDA guidelines. Ms Pomorski

This is no stand-alone CVS. It's inside a Target. No waiting space. Very understaffed. Such a bad experience I left and went to a Walgreens. Definitely not for me.
