A group of wonderful people work there . Quisha and Terrake have both helped me and working with them was easy and fun. Khalilah, the manager, helped me with a really special project that turned out absolutely beautiful!! She is helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and a superstar at what she does!!

After swearing that I would never again visit a FedEx Office store after my experience with another location earlier in the year, I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care and concern that this specific location had for not only myself but also displayed to all of the other customers in the store that evening. It was a busy evening but Khalilah and her staff greeted everyone who walked through the door and explained that they would be helped as soon as they could. We all waited patiently and were helped in an efficient manner. The time and attention to detail given to my order was incredible. Again, I was extremely disappointed with another location earlier this year. They could've cared less and they had a horrible attitude. I will ALWAYS come back to this location and will ALWAYS tell my colleagues, friends, & family to go to this location for exception service with a smile! You will not go wrong by visiting this location.

The two associates, Terrake and Quisha, were a delight to interact with. They were doing training exercises when I entered the store and they immediately acknowledged me and asked me if I needed help. They had the loveliest most sincere smiles on their faces. It such a pleasant experience to interact with engaged customer service representatives.

Khalilah was great! She was efficient and fast. I had 6 shipments and she ensured the process was seamless. She acknowledged everyone waiting in line and was moving people through quickly.

I had a seamless experience getting a package to Austin, TX on a tight deadline. Khalilah, Matthew, and Deven are knowledgeable and personable and let me know the most cost effective way to get my package where it needed to be in the least amount of days. 10/10 recommend this FedEx Office location if you're in a pinch and need to know your options. Thanks, great and team!

What a joke. I’d use USPS, UPS, or even freaking DHL before ever using FedEx anymore. They fell off and then leave your packages in limbo for weeks (13th time) without fixing it.

I recently had 120 wedding programs and a 24x36 poster seating-chart printed at this location. I waited until the last minute before ordering online - where the auto-confirmation said everything would be ready the next day around noon. My wedding was in Savannah, GA and I was planning to drive there on the same day I ordered the printing (I know, I should have planned better). I called the location and explained my problem. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help me! After reviewing my order, thy said they'd be able to get it to me the same day by around 2:00! A MIRACLE! But it doesn't end there...one of our guests called and said they were separating from their husband and would be bringing their son instead. She did NOT want to have the husband's name on the seating chart. So I called this office again. They had already printed the poster, but told me if I could just email them the revised seating chart, they'd reprint it for me! In the end, everything was done by 12:30 on the same day I ordered it - a full day earlier than projected!I'd be super frustrated if I had to deal with these issues, but at no point did anyone at this office show anything other than kindness and a sincere desire to help me! Give these ladies a raise! FedEx, this was the morning of 7/14 if you need to look up who to give that raise to!

The employee working was less than helpful with the machines malfunctioning. I spent ten minutes waiting at the printer. I ended up downloading the app and printing it through that while standing in the store. A total of 20 minutes spent inside to have a single document printed. Luckily the manager walked in at 17 minutes and finally printed it. I should note that the store was not busy in the least bit.

This is not a review of customer service. The gentleman working was very nice. The review is about the passport photo that was taken a few weeks ago. The US Gov sent me an email last night telling me that my photo was not acceptable due to the exposure thus my facial features were not able to be identified. Problem is that I have a trip planned in 8 weeks.....now I have to go somewhere else, pay for another photo(another $15), send it back to the US Gov and hope it arrives back to me in time. Perhaps the store should have examples of properly taken photos for comparison so this doesn't happen again. I am being kind by the 3 star review....I would rather give one star, but as stated above the gentleman was very nice but obviously needs more training on passport photos.

What a great welcoming atmosphere at this store! Service was outstanding and employees went out of there way to help and be friendly. DeMartha was one of those employees...excellent job!

Love how helpful and friendly the staff is here! I haven't used a fax machine since the early 2000's, so I was grateful that they were there to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process.
