The service manager Mark was horrible broke a part on my wheel and tried to lie about doing so. Refused to cover the part after was 100 % fine when I drove up on the lot. The store manager Jeanne didn’t bother to correct him or intervene until after I went off about him handling me in such poor taste never have I ever been disrespected in all my life. I have never had to go off on an employee because he was being extremely disrespectful, confrontational, and combative with the customer. How rude!!!!! I thought Firestone was a respectable business but after being treated like it was a backyard mechanic shop I see who I’m dealing with a bunch an individuals who try to take advantage of women. It is hard enough as a woman having deal with mechanics but for someone to tell a bold face lie to your face is ridiculous. If you take a part off a person’s vehicle and brake it the right thing to do is pay to replace it.

I get all of my car maintenance work done at Firestone but this is the only Memphis, TN location I will go to no matter how long the wait is because of Jada Wilkins. Jada is a Service Specialist who knows everything about cars and its maintenance. I have two different make and model cars that are serviced at this location. Jada always keeps me informed on how to keep my car running and getting the most life expectancy from my vehicles. I trust Jada because when she does not know the answer she spends time calling the dealership or other locations to diagnosis my car issues. I have never been turned away or sent somewhere else because the work I have requested or needed can not be done. I appreciate the professionalism from the staff and I truly appreciate the red carpet customer service I get when I arrive. Jada always makes sure to speak to me and call me by name when I’m there. As long as Jada and her team are at this location this will forever be my number one car service location. Because of Jada I am a life time customer. Thank you Jada!

We were in a pickle with a big bolt with washer buried in the front driver side tire. We called the Firestone around the corner and Jaydeh picked up. She was friendly and professional and immediately told us to come right over. From start to finish the entire team was the best and went out of their way to assure us they could handle and get us back on the road ASAP! And they did! Could not be more pleased with our experience! Also Kudos to the hiring mgr! So glad to see so many female professional technicians on the job! Thank You! JerryL
