Been a customer for many years. Was treated with extreme rudeness at the forest hill branch on Winchester. Tried to discuss this with a manager. The rude teller repeatedly called security to throw me out. No other employee seemed to have a problem with me talking at a desk. Only the unprofessional perhaps unsound, unsteady teller continued with gestures and a call for my ejection. I walked out. Next time I will cancel all of my family and my accounts. I do a significant business here. But no longer BEYOND HORRIBLE UNIMAGINABLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Need better educated drive thru teller's, and lessons in talking to customers correctly, no thank you, nothing, just send capsule back and turn off screen

Long story short, there are a million better options in the area for your banking needs. Avoid at all costs. They do not seem to want to take care of the customer.

I would give a zero if i could, always understaffed, went in 3.3.20 2.30 pm.. one person working behind counter, no service employee at the desks... 3 people waiting in the guest waiting area.. they were frustrated... i just walked out after 10m..why all of a sudden the reduction of staffing....

Ok ive been waiting to see advisor for 30min only 2 ppl in bank 1 teller and 1 advisor...wth...how is this anyway to staff a bank ..and it's 2:45p on a weekday..I never had problems with 1st Tennessee..since 1989

After having this experience on more than one occasion today I decided to voice my frustration with the staff at this branch. Often times when I go through the drive-through I sit and sit and sit. Today I asked if there was a problem, the young woman said she was the only cashier and had a customer ahead of me inside of the bank. This is unacceptable, one cashier at noon time. Something needs to be done about this because it has happened more than once and I’m really quite annoyed.

Tracy was very helpful in getting my account set up. After I brought in the wrong paperwork needed for my account, she called me back to get the issue rectified and everything went smoothly

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever used. The staff is totally incompetent. I arrived at 4:15 PM to get a cashiers check but the printer ran out of ink. They did not have a re-fill so they tried to print on another printer, now it was too late to get to another bank. On an other occasion I attempted to open a savings account for $15,000.00 to get a $300.00 bonus. They lost my check from my credit union. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

Horrible bank. The fees wouldnt seem so outragious of they gave you any incentive to keep money in your account. Couple the poor interest rates with even worse customer service ans you have the perfect balance of bad banking and a reason to find a new bank. I opened my bank today because I had money and checks to deposit. However, I fully intend to move my money to a better bank as soon as I have time. Avoid this bank if you can.
