I have been a customer at Great Clips in Cordova on Germantown parkway for three years and I’ve always gotten a great haircut. Customer service has been absolutely top-notch. Today I had a new stylist to cut my hair and she did absolutely a wonderful job so kudos to Great Clips in Cordova.

Came in with a friend. An employee “Amy” was there as well as a gentleman. Amy passed by me at least twice going to restroom. NEVER SPOKE or even looked at me . Totally UNFRIENDLY! :(
AND.. $40 for a hair wash and blow dry???? DANG!!

be careful they just charge me $28 for a mens hair cut. no shampoo no eyebrow just to cut my hair. she was nice and friendly but thats not the price they advertise for a mens cut

My little brother had a messed up buzz cut from a friend. we came in right before close and connie was so sweet. He completely fixed his hairline and cleaned him up. The service here is amazing and Connie was so lenient.

I have been going to this new location since they opened. I love that you don't have to have an appointment. The online check in is easy to use and this salon is located in a great area. Every haircut I have received here has been exactly what I asked for.
