Great breakfast! Clean room. Quiet place. I highly recommend if you are doing anything in the Southwind area.Rooms: Very neat. Had everything you need for a business stay. Good work area. Comfortable and spacious.

The morning desk manager should have a different job not dealing with the public but everyone else here is like coming home to your long lost friends. Breakfast was not ready at 6 AM. I actually saw the Cook arrive at 6 AM. We waited around 30 minutes and decided to just get on the road. Coffee provided was like battery acid the stuff in the room was way better. I’ve stayed here many times, and usually have a much better experience.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but from the time of booking to the time we checked out, this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The staff were super friendly and always available to assist in any way they could. The food was great and I was shocked they served Starbucks coffee as well. The rooms were nice, clean, and I was able to connect my streaming services to the tv no problem. My only gripe was that this specific hotel is pet friendly, and while I love my 4 legged friends as much as anyone else, the constant barking from dogs in most rooms was a little annoying but that was not too big of an issue. Other than that it was a pretty quiet and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay while in the city.

The rooms were clean has to be expected everything functioning properly. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay at this place again!

This is a excellent location in the Germantown area where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants so you can go wrong there and it's on a main street and close to the highway. I was extremely surprised that we got a room rate very reasonable in this area for being there around New Year's Eve. Most hotels in the area jacked up their prices around New Year's Eve but this place had a really good value and it was luxury and the hotel staff was great. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area it is quiet and you can't go wrong with the this place and the bed was extremely comfortable.Rooms: The room was very clean and put together really nice and the sheets were clean. However they did not have a microwave in the room so you would have to go to the front desk if you plan on warming up your food but they did have a refrigerator.

Very clean and well cared for hotel. Will definitely stay here again, still very close to Memphis but still has that out of the way feeling. Nice and quiet.

Don't know how this hotel has 4.3 it should be 3 at most. Customer service doesn't care about your stay. I'm currently staying here and the first day I came i told the receptionist to help me find another room because I needed 2 beds, she told me they were sold out for the weekend but she will let the manager know and that on Sunday they will help me. Nobody contact me on Sunday and I call early morning Monday and they said they cannot help me that they are sold out.Apart from that the Internet is the worst I cannot connect to anything terrible experience - now I have to use my hotspot

Impressed with our stay over the weekend! Great for families, work trips, and solo travel. Convenient bar and restaurant downstairs. Will stay again next time I'm in Memphis. Eat at the Placery. The breakfast was good too!

Outstanding! The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding!! We stayed here while attending a comic expo and after a long drive and disgusting food and service from 10 minutes away, I'm so happy we booked this hotel because they made us feel welcomed.

Nice, neat, & clean hotel. Germantown police do spot checks. The front door is locked after a certain time at night. You must use your room key card to get in. Seems pretty safe for Memphis. My cousins were in town for a short visit and stayed at this hotel.

Pretty much exactly what you would expect in terms of lodging. This review is really about Simon who is an absolute gem of a human and almost certainly deserves a raise. He handled basically every single thing we needed during our stay, checking us in, bartending, and cooking/packaging up our food (even thinking to give us some ranch dressing we never asked for ??). The wings were ridiculously delicious. He has a great attitude and was nice to talk do. He also buzzed us in when we were too d*** to figure out how to use our keys on the sliding door. He has excellent customer service skills, time management, and professionalism. Simon, if you’re reading this you’re a total king!

I had the most delightful stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Memphis! The staff here is incredibly courteous and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The warm breakfast served was a highlight of my stay, with a mouthwatering selection that included pancakes, fresh bread, bagels, and of course, a great cup of coffee. The fact that they also serve Starbucks coffee was a pleasant surprise! The rooms at the Hyatt were spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart is the generosity and warmth of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is not just pleasant but memorable. I can't recommend the Hyatt Hotel in Memphis enough – it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting this wonderful city!Rooms: Rooms were clean and almost all rooms had a convertible bed and the comfort made me sleep way better than I would have in any other restaurantWalkability: It’s very close to some nice restaurants and few minutes of drive to Costco, and some of nice Indian restaurantsFood & drinks: The breakfast is so out of world and freshly made

Booked this hotel from the road and wanted a nice place to stay on our road trip so decided to spend a little extra on a nice spot. Reception in the evening was not very welcoming and felt like I was putting them out to get checked in. Morning front desk host was very pleasant. The room was not very clean, the towels had some stains and the carpet spikes were sticking out between the room and bathroom. Not fun to have your foot stabbed in the middle of the night.Breakfast was okay, we got there right when they started serving the hot food @ 7amThe hotel is located in the back of a shopping center. The parking lot didn't feel super safe to me. Overall I would have been okay if the room was in the $150 range, but the rooms were closed to $300 and for that price they need to step up their game.
