Do not...I repeat DO NOT USE HIM!! He is lousy, terrible communicator, doesn't know the business or proper documents or terms to sell a house!! We just purchased from him and it was a HUGE ORDEAL THAT DELAYED 3 WEEKS! If I could rate negative 5 stars I would!!!
