This whole CHAIN NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! These Kroger stores have just gotten decreasingly disgusting, thank GOD we are starting to get alternative choices in this city. Now, all Krogers are bad but this one may take the cake, hell even murder Kroger in Collierville is better than this!!!! Absolutely NO ONE checking out, but TONS of employees in the way with their huge carts of expired and rotten food so no customer can even make their way to the store. Literally this morning went in for some coffee creamer and THE WHOLE DAMN DAIRY AISLE WAS BLOCKED BUT RUDE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES WITH THEIR CARTS, this is an accident waiting to happen and they get all put out if you actually need to get by! I went in a few weeks back to get some Halloween Candy, well could hardly get to it because rude employees with those damn carts stand in the way and carry on conversations about BS while the customer has to go through friggin obstacle courses to get to anything....and when I opened the Halloween candy, it was all rotten and stuck together, pathetic! Looked for some protein bars and the shelves were barren and not stocked....but they sure do charge a lot for rotten garbage! Then the best part, checking out...I see 4 employees standing by the self check out not doing a DAMN thing while customers check their own items....and yet don't get paid hmmmmmmmm.....seriously shut this dump down! Although you gotta say fits perfectly with the theme that this city has become, complete TRASH! No wonder why the rest of the country thinks the south is a complete embarrassing joke!

Home Chef! And Kroger! Great idea. Order online. Pick up in the store. Do Kroger delivery. Or ..... Appetizers. Individual meals. Meals for a family. It's all there. So helpful for us traveling healthcare professionals. The food is reasonably healthy. If you go into the store, you have selection, choices, options. Don't feel like this? Fine, try that. Pick up a week's worth of meals. You don't have to cook when you're tired. The meals taste reasonably good, too. Not horribly unhealthy. Portions aren't oversized. Kroger and Home Chef are a solution to a many year problem. THANK YOU !!!! Go right now. They have a few dollars off on the larger, family-sized meals. Try them. They taste surprisingly good.

Turkey Dinner made by Kroger was great. I personally didn't eat or taste most of what we had, because I don't eat most food items, just because everyone else does. Everyone said that the box we had, everything in it tasted great. Can't wait until next year, just might get two $75 dollar boxes

The pharmacy is efficiently run. Got a booster virus vaccine and a high dose flu shot. Courtney administered my shots. Sweet, cute and pleasant young lady. One thing about Kroger stores that carry Boars Head cold cuts..... they don't carry the same types. No pickle loaf or olive loaf. Had to make another stop at the Union store which has the WORST parking lot known to man.

The employee who assisted me with self checkout was wearing her mask hanging down under her chin. A few days ago I was in the same store, and two employees were wearing their masks incorrectly. Do not shop in this store if you are worried about catching COVID. Management obviously does not enforce this important health requirement.

Click List at this location is the worst. They can't seem to get the orders correct. I placed my order and I show up at my time and I am told to come back the next day. I had to ask several times what time the next day should I show up. I come the next day the that time and they still didn't have my order ready. I waited after calling the number for 30 minutes and my order was still not out and 5 other car that came after me go their orders and left. I call back and she tells me they are working on it. She promptly comes out with 3 items and says that is all they had. I walk in and I see stuff I ordered on the shelves. I go to customer service and the manager says my order was "probably filled last night and the stuff wasn't on the shelves at that time" When I say I see my stuff on the shelves she says that came on a truck last night and that is why I didn't get it. So I have questions. Why did it take 30 minutes to bring me my 3 items that were filled last night and they seemed to get everyone order out on time? Why did I get someone's Pepsi and Coke that I didn't order? They forgot about me and grabbed some stuff and wanted me to be happy and leave. This is the second time this has happed and I see that is the way they do things at this location. Basically I had a large order and they didn't feel like doing it.

Not happy with Kroger in Memphis for not requiring face masks for customers AND NOT ENFORCING the requirement for employees during the COVID ordeal. I have seen many Kroger employees with masks not covering mouth and/or nose. Wearing a mask is new and not fun - I get that. If one needs a mask break, take it outside. I respect competitive grocery stores for including customers in the mask rule for the benefit of their employees and the community. It makes me appreciate that those stores probably follow other preventive guidelines too. Because there are many inconsiderate people who refuse to wear masks at the strong suggestion of medical experts, the requirement is the only way to make it happen. Some people argue that a mask only protects other people - which is reason enough to wear one for me. Actually a mask protects the wearer too. Even if not an N-95 mask, if there are viral droplets in the air, wouldn't you rather have some type of barrier vs none? Kroger, you've lost my business.

Do not use this Kroger at 6660 Poplar for Curbside Pickup. My order was scheduled for pick up Saturday. I received a call that it wouldn't be ready. On Monday I had to call to check on it and was told it was ready. We agreed on a 5:00 pickup. I waited for 2 1/2 hours, called twice being told it was being pulled together, tried to call the store manager, and no one answered the store's phone. I left. Several people were all waiting with no one bringing out deliveries or explaining the delays. Horrible service.

My order was supposed to be ready on Wednesday at 2. I placed it a few days before and arranged for pick up a few days before We we’re heading to eat plain noodles for dinner. Wednesday morning they called and said they were running beind a day. No big deal. On Thursday when I pulled my order up on the app at 2, it said it was supposed to be ready Wednesday. So you don’t update your system. Oh well. By 3 my order was deleted from the system. After being in hold for an hour wi

Had 3 horrible clicklist experiences, 1 prior to this supply/demand issue and basically the store employees just dismiss me and customer service never return my calls nor emails.

This has to be the worst Kroger in the entire United States of America. You can assume that about 99.9% of the time they will be out of half the items you are looking for.

The location at 6660 poplar Parkway is Trash. Not only do they close their doors 10 mins earlly but you had employees walking with no type of name badge on, right in front of me and saying nothing to the effect of where closed. Last time I checked the closing time on the door is not a suggestion but a fact of when the store. Who ever the woman that was running self check out late that night is very rude and lazy. She should be demoted to stocking schelves, she has no business working with the public. And that's the Kroget at 6660 poplar ave, memphis TN 38138. I see why people shop at Whole Foods, Farmers Market, etc..... its about the courtesyism and professional z which this location is severely lacking, if you that ready to go home as management to change your hours to closing at 10:30. This is a poor representation of a grocery store chain that usually cares about their customers, I guess things have changed. I might as well shop at Walmart at least they don't close the doors on you earlly.
