I wouldn't even rate it a one. I paid for the car wash and it malfunctioned and did not get the dirt off my hood and then it only rinsed half the soap off. Since I paid at the car wash it didn't give me a receipt. They refused to give me another code to go back through nor my money back. I tried to get them to look at my cat. Very uncooperative.

Card readers broken and waited in line for 15 mins while a customer at the front bought $100 in lottery tickets. No care in the world for customers that could not get the gas pumps working. Horrible experience. I'll never go back

Credit card systems all down. All customers cards came up as “declined.†Staff didn't seem concerned.

This used to be my go-to place for gas. No longer. I had a horrible experience there with one of their employees - an older man who is very creepy. He verbally accosted me at the pumps, banging on my car in anger and saying that people were waiting. That was strange because no one was behind me and there were 2 empty pumps available. I was extremely uncomfortable with his illogical aggression and will never be back. Gas stations are plentiful in this area and I'll be going somewhere without a crazy employee who needs some anger management.

The Store Manager has a very ugly disposition about herself. She is always frowning up at the customers and rolling her eyes. The district manager needs to be made aware of this. I've never felt welcomed there as a customer. I only go to Kwik Shop because I am a loyal Kroger Customer. It's so ridiculous to service customers with an attitude that nasty.!!

My boyfriend has a paper route and tried to stop for gas this morning, about 4:15 a.m. and the man working inside locked the door on him so he couldn't go inside and get gas. My boyfriend is black. When he told me this i called the Kwik Shop and asked if they were 24 hours. The guy working said yes. I asked him if he could explain to me why he locked the doors on my boyfriend after seeing him out there. He stated bc he was doing paperwork. I asked him if it was bc of paperwork or bc my boyfriend is black. "Look lady I'm not getting into this." I cut him off and assured him i would be contacting his mamager. So, as long as you're white I'm sure this is an excellent place to stop for gas at 4 in the morning on your way to work. However, black people stay away. Smh.
