Mrs Lauren and her staff handled my needs greatly. Ame sent over the information and I went in to their office to discuss what I needed. Ended up with something else but in the long run what I actually needed was better.

Ms. Laura with State Farm is very helpful and understanding. Every time I have needed help or had a problem she has been there to help and gone out of her way to help!
The staff there is also very nice and helpful as well. They are professional and provide great customer service any time I call:)

I was with my current insurance company for over 20 years and within the last 2 years they’ve changed my insurance policy holder and rates were increased every 6 months even though we never had any claims. This year the rates went up again and I decided to take matters in my own hands to find a better policy rate. I searched many companies online and Michael with State Farm reached out with an official quote online without me having to call and give all the info over the phone like others wanted. I made an appointment to meet with him to officially discuss moving my policies and he even arranged an appointment after my work hours. He was very friendly and explained everything in full detail and is saving me quite a bit of money. He was able to bundle my auto and renter policies with a great discount. I felt very comfortable making the change. I had made it a great matter of prayer as finances are tight in this economy and I felt God led me here.
