I have been to this Lululemon many times and I always have a problem with the African American workers there. One employee walked right in from of me and didn’t even say excuse me. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and never seen anything like it. We come up to the counter and an African American male checked us out. He didn’t greet us, didn’t ask to put in our number on the pi pad for any rewards, etc. when we come
In we always spend over 400.00 plus. I know that you see my profile picture and I’m black. I had the worst experience with the African Americans there. He didn’t when say thank you once we paid. This was HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I love lululemon, I buy it online all the time, and that’s my suggestion: “Better to buy
It online”. Some staffs in this store are not friendly and they just talk to each other instead of helping customers. Some staffs are nice though, so I guess the service you get here depends on your luck or color.
Online service is always good though.

Buyers beware!!! Lululemon is currently running a scam by not honoring gift cards purchased from other vendors like Kroger, Walgreens, etc.

They gave me a hard time returning an item I paid for full price . He then told me he was gonna give me store credit. When I asked him why he said because it smelled like perfume ?.. I literally purchased the item 2 days ago. He then looked at another co worker and she was confused as to why he was trying to give me store credit. He then tried to school me on the store policy when I worked retail all my life and know how return policies work. Would not recommend shopping there. The customer service was terrible and he was really rude !!

I went in to exchange some leggings. I was unhappy with the customer service. I was having trouble verifying my first responder status in the account online. I asked the cashier is she could help me or know how to fix it. She simply responded “I'm not in charge of that” and seemed bothered I even asked. Luckily another employee heard me and stepped in and gave me a number to call.

My daughter was excited to go to this location. She was looking for a certain jacket. They had it, which she was excited about. Unfortunately, it had a stain on the collar. A few of the items we looked at had stains on them. While my daughter was looking at some items I could hear the 3 or 4 employees talking loudly at the front counter. They were talking about how they didn't want their boyfriends going to the strip club. Between their conversation and dirty clothes, it was not a great experience.

The experience was very overwhelming because the building is overly full with gowns Very Hard to find what you are looking for however they had assistance who took time to assist you in pulling dresses. This particular dres that we found I felt was over price however the price was valuable for this particular event Prom I was recommend however I have to say the nicer gown are pricey so bring wallet cause you gonna need I was like show this business the begin and end results of our purchase. Thank you for business and service experience the first 3 pictures is what we bought the dress itself was 700.00 however the person wearing this dress wanted to Live the dress a lil but so fabric was added and to get the last 5 pictures thanks for everything because she GAVE IT for prom mission accomplished ♡
