I was curious why my wife shops at Marshall’s all the time. So, I went in looking for a Timex watch. I was surprised at the prices and selection.

Very disappointed to find that a big bag of candy/chocolate we purchased was already spoiled. Cashiers and manager Shannon made up the following refund policies: 1. Refund can only be made at the same store the purchase was made. 2. Item was not expired, so it doesn’t matter it was already spoiled, so no refund. 3. Item was opened, it doesn’t matter it was already spoiled, no refund. I think I looked very stupid to them, and I had fun watching them made up all these nonsense policies. How about you just tell me that, Marshall sells spoiled food items, and if you bought one, it is your fault.

Great variety, but do not go during lunch or if you are in a hurry. They check out only 2-3 customers every five minutes (yes, I timed it LOL), so you will be in line a good 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, it is a nice location with nice employees. They are slow, but professional.

Nice department store that is clean and well organized. It is easy to navigate through the store and signage is good to let you know where you can find items you are looking for. It's in the vicinity of other shops and restaurants so there is the convenience aspect too. Overall not a bad shopping spot to stop at and get what you want or need.

This Marshalls is a hidden gem (and probably for good reason). The store is clean and we'll organized. They have a nice variety of clothes, shoes, decor, etc.... The staff work quickly to get the large flowing smoothly so that checkout is a breeze. Love this store!

Very dusty. Not well organized. Same dresses and clothes out from about 2 yrs again formal wear. Have to hunt through to find right sizes.
