We went to the Memphis store and were warmly greeted by Melissa who gave us excellent advice as to what to look for in finding the most comfortable chair for our home. She patiently answered our questions and carefully explained the information we needed to know concerning delivery of the chair. The chair's swivel had to be added after delivery. “The food was great. I wish the staff was a little more helpful. My wife and I walked in, keep in mind it’s our first time at an IKEA, and we saw a counter selling food. I asked them if they had the meatballs and they said “no, we only have hotdogs today. They sell frozen ones further in the store.”
We didn’t know there was a bigger food court in the middle of the store, so we ended up getting a few hot dogs. Then as we shopped we stumbled across the full sized restaurant. We then proceeded to order a plate of meatballs.
I wish they would have told us about the restaurant further in, we could’ve saved some money and room in our bellies for the real food.”
“The Futon Store owners are the best. It’s like shopping with family. They’re friendly and goes above and beyond with customer service that’s seemingly gone in todays world. I’ve bought a futon bed made of pine with matching dresser which I still have. I bought that over 10 years ago. My son bought a cherry bunk bed. I referred my sisters…one bought a bedroom suite and the other a living room set and mattress set. They have odd and different items, too.
