“We had Ty & Mario as our crew. We felt they did a good job packing the truck and unloading our belongings. There was smashed front corner on our antique Welsh cupboard, but that is all the damage we have found. Big League had good communication except for telling us that payment and progress calls would be from the Philippines. As older people we are aware of scams and a heads up on this would have been helpful. Also, there is a tape charge that was not listed on our contract. Overall we highly recommend Big League Movers.”

We were experiencing a negative moving situation with one of their competitors who contracts with them for warehouse space. “Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”
“I hired Maya van lines few weeks back for my long distance move and it was simply perfect. The moving team arrived exactly on time and they quickly moved me out without any complications. The furniture and fragile items were carefully dealt with and they managed to deliver everything in the same condition it was in. “It was raining the morning of my move and the original crew was delayed. The owner helped rearrange the schedule to keep my move ahead of time! I was nervous with a 6x12 trailer but they packed it perfectly balanced and everything fit. I was amazed at how efficient and cautious they were with our stuff.
