Smells gross inside, all selections are such old styles.. and overly priced. Customer service was nice though.

Very friendly and knowledgable owners. Their showroom is bigger than any other I've seen in Memphis. My husband and I were looking for a 10x14 for our living room and ended up finding the perfect rug at an amazing price here. They even threw the pad in for free! I've been recommending them to all my friends.

They really went the extra mile. I needed the corner of my staircase runner repaired and they picked it up and dropped it off free of charge. The turnaround was very quick and the quality of work was exceptional!

Exceptional service! I had an antique Persian rug that was soiled by my dog. I've had bad experiences with other local rug cleaners so I decided to give Oriental rug house a shot. The rug came back looking and smelling cleaner than when I had bought it!
