I went to the branch on Germantown Pkwy by the Wolf River. A well dressed young lady met me at the door and asked me what I needed. When I told her she asked for me to sit in the waiting area. After less than 5 minutes had passed I was beckoned by an employee at a desk AND directed by the young lady who met me at the door. The customer service lady took care of my business quickly and competently. The manager, Mr Booker, stopped to say hello as well. I was in and out and I felt as though the bank cared.

You need a notary? Yeah…. Better have an account otherwise they won’t help. Loranda was an absolutely horrible representative of this company. I called to see if there was a notary at that location. I was told yes… I get there. I asked her how she was. She ignored me. She asked me if I had an account with the bank. I do no. Then she told me with her snappy lips… can’t use a notary unless you have a bank account here. I said uh what? She said yep. You don’t have an account. I can’t help you.Maybe company policy but probably should come at it in a different way. Or even say oh hey since you’re here would you like to make an account. I would have said no but that is besides the point.Went on the other side of the parking lot to pinnacle and had that document signed for free with a couple good laughs with the Notary. The lady at Pinnacle is the only reason why I think a one star would even be worth it.Girl bye.

Went to this branch to close my daughter's checking account while she was in town since she has moved to California. Lorenda "helped" us, but was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the interaction, even interrupting me multiple times. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me no managers are available. I assume this level of service is due to ending the relationship, though I, personally, have multiple high-balance accounts with the organization. Her only recommendation was that we empty the account to a $0 balance, which we were not comfortable doing since we had already done that and three transactions went through from an account my daughter didn't realize was linked *and* the bank charged three $38 overdraft fees as a result. The organization will not let you close the account or even update your address via the app or customer service number, so we won't be able to close it until she returns in June.

This place needs to double check who they are hiring. My father went to cash his check and they were stealing $100 from him. He noticed the lady had a strange reaction when she handed him back his envelope. He rolled his window down and made sure the camera watched as he counted his money. When he told the lady that he was $100 short she didnt even react she went somewhere like if she knew exactly where it was or didnt even bother recounting or saying im sorry. She then gave him the right amount back. Thats shady. So if you are Hispanic and go there make sure you count your money before leaving.

I prefer this location because it's more light at night at the atm and doesn't seem secluded. The tellers have always been nice and helpful whenever I needed to complete a transaction. I also like the multiple drive up ATMs, that is a major improvement compared to others that I visit. This location also has an ATM inside that you can also use.

The reason why I gave this regions a 1 Star is because David failed to transfer money from my checking to my savings. He did, however, transferred my money to a totally different account that I do not recognize. I don’t understand how can one do such a thing. You had one job. I only have 2 accounts. Yet, he failed to do so.

This has been the worst banking experience of my entire life. I have had a multitude of negative experiences with this branch and bank as a whole. After my current issue with the bank is resolved, I plan on closing all my accounts. The first issue I encountered with this branch was several months ago, when the number for my secured credit card was stolen and used. Fraud alert caught the transaction and informed me that a new card would arrive in the mail in 3-5 business days. After a week without a card, I went to the bank to ask 1) if they could give me an update on the status of my card and 2) if it would be possible to print a card there for temporary use. Both were no's, which was fine, and I was informed that it would actually be 10-12 business days before the card arrives. A little over a week later, without a card, I returned to figure out what was going on. After speaking with the teller, she asked that I come inside and order a new card. Though frustrated, I went in and ordered a new one. For simplicity, I asked that the card be sent directly to the branch so I could pick it up as soon as it arrives. Another 2 weeks go by without the card coming in. I go to the branch so that I could figure out why it has now been a MONTH without my money. After explaining my dilemma to the teller, she didn't understand that you could have a credit card with the bank. I really had to drill it in that it WAS NOT a debit card and that Regions has credit cards, which I found astounding for someone who is handling large amounts of money. She asked that I come inside because they could better help me there, to which I responded that if I came inside again, it would be to close my account. My card arrived that week. My second issue with them has been much, much worse. Last week, I was sent an overdraft notice via email, and so went to my online banking so that I could transfer funds from my savings account. I immediately noticed that TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS was missing. I began to panic and started looking at my options to report this issue. The online banking was useless- I couldn't report this issue because there isn't a card that coincides with this account, so I could not use fraud alert (this is a savings account). I had been into this branch for financial advice at one point and had a business card in my wallet. In tears, I dialed the branch and gave the details to this disastrous situation. After giving this woman my spiel, she informs me that there is another client ahead of me and she will get back to me momentarily. I am put on hold. After the longest 15 minutes of my life, a different teller answered the phone and gave me a cheery Regions greeting. I was getting the run-around. I explained my situation to her, for the second time. She could not get her computer to work so she put me on hold again. At this point, I was sobbing. I thought to myself, "I'll never see this money again". The branch manager gets on the phone, and after telling this story for THE THIRD TIME (a common theme with this branch), she looks at my account and sees that yes, in fact, my money was taken. However, she did not believe that Jeanine or whatever this woman's name was wasn't me. I was about to lose it- this woman did not believe me. After becoming irate, I was told that it would take 2-3 days for the money to be returned to my account. I asked what would happen if it wasn't back by then. She said, "call again". It has now reached the three-day point and the funds have not been returned. I went into the branch again, and was informed that when the claim was submitted, my personal information was input incorrectly. The corrections were not made until days later, before a holiday weekend, so now today is Day 1 out of 3-4 more I must wait before the possibility of my funds being returned. I filed this claim last Wednesday, today is Tuesday. In conclusion, I have no hope in this branch, nor the bank as a whole. What should be only mildly stressful situatio

BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT JUST TRY TO CALL AND SPEAK TO ANY BRANCH LOCATION AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. I was unable to even get the phone number of any branch to speak to a representative. After a 10min wait on the phone with the customer service line to speak to someone, they said I had to talk to the branch to close my account, but they still would not give me the branch number. I told them that I moved to another state but they still said I had to come to the branch to close my account. Overall it was probably 30 minutes of wait time just to speak to the branch representative on the phone.

I've been baking with regions since I was 19 years old. I'm a few years older than that now. overall I don't have any issues I'm a updated if something comes up or comes to mind. I have been told that it has one of the higher banking fees however I weigh that against that I haven't been to many places that don't have a regions. So I feel like I don't mind paying for that convenience. This particular location has I believe 5 ATMs which I think is amazing. Three of them are drive-through ATMs. I know that at least one location their ATM is only available for certain hours of operation and I believe this one, or these are 24 hours. I am a classic Millennial. I am all about convenience. so not only are there multiple on multiple locations throughout my area, this particular branch has multiple ATMs so you don't have to stay in line behind 7 people who can't figure out how to make it work.
