In selecting the option to book a consultation I received a call to ask what I'm looking for with a potential kitchen remodel. I had previously booked with a different company so I do know that a rep is supposed to actually come to the home to look at the layout and ask the potential client what it is that their looking for. The person I spoke with asked me for the size of my kitchen and asked me for my budget which was a first (I had no clue the size so I just said 2 bathrooms when I confirmed later, its smaller). After I gave her the budget amount, I was met with 'well you're looking at 30-60k'. Like you didn't even bother to come and see the kitchen. I honestly felt like I was being dismissed and not worth the company's time. It's really disheartening when this is your first home project and I'm being met with that kind of conversation.

Karen, Marilyn, Juan, and everyone we worked with on our kitchen and dining room renovation were great. Marilyn did a great job helping us with design and Karen and Juan kept the project on track. They were very responsive to add-ons we requested and always kept us apprised of progress. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Email communications several times. Email communication also included contact information, physical home address and zip code. The phone call was supposed to go over a few details regarding ADA upgrades for my home (my husband has muscular dystrophy). I feel that the phone call conversation went in a totally different direction after I answered the phone and hearing my voice. Almost immediately I was asked “where do I live?” and they don’t work in my area. I reminded the representative that I provided my zip code on more than one occasion.
I even read a review where your company assisted with making another home wheelchair accessible, but I guess the home was located in the “special zip codes”.
Of course the next day, I was emailed a “reason” as to why the company can’t do the work. If you truly didn’t work in this zip code, there would be no need for a phone conversation.
The representative provided contact information to three other contractors. No thanks.

Robbins Construction is my go to for anything that I need repairs and help on. If he can't do it he will recommend a specialist. Though I have seldom found items that he cannot complete. I feel like he is always fair on his pricing and the quality of work is A+.

Robbins Construction was highly recommended to us by friends and we could not be happier with their work on our own family room remodeling project. We were considering removing a load bearing wall to open up the center of the house, but were unsure how well it would work with our floor plan. Karen and Maryland were great fielding our many initial design and logistical questions.It so happened Robbins had just completed a larger home remodel with similar floor plan in our neighborhood and Karen suggested we check it out. The homeowners were so nice to let us come in and see their newly opened-up space and review firsthand Robbins finished work. We were sold.From the initial prep to protect floors, furniture and seal-off work areas, to demo, construction, painting, floor refinishing, HVAC work, finished and clean-up— all of the Robbins crews were efficient and conscientious. Work was consistent and ongoing every work day for the duration. Juan, our construction supervisor was always quick to respond to any text or question that we had.In addition to removing the wall, we asked Robbins to work with a rustic-look, wood beam manufacturer of our choosing for the ceiling installation. Juan and Felipe were terrific and worked seamlessly with the manufacturer to install the totally custom beams. Robbins even purchased a specialized saw to make the custom cuts to the beams.We will definitely use Robbins Construction Company again! Thanks, Donald!

Highly recommend Robbins Construction. Three years ago we had Robbins Construction do a full Master Bath & Closet remodel and we were so pleased with the results we hired them again to do a full kitchen remodel, plus laundry room, this time around. It was everything we hoped for. Great communication at all times, always available and very responsive. From the planning, to the designing, collaborating with the designer we had hired, to the actual work itself, everything worked seamlessly. We could not have asked for a better team. Ben, our project manager, is outstanding. Available at all times and very responsive. He was always in tune with what we wanted and was very responsive and receptive to last minutes additions or changes. He knocked it out of the park 3 years ago with our bathroom, and came back for another home run with the kitchen. Jose an Eddie are the absolute best when it comes to the quality of the work. Very detailed oriented and can pretty much make anything happen, and are amazing individuals to be around. Our hidden pantry turned out great! The other subcontractors were great as well. The final product exceeded our expectations, the quality, the details, and still on budget. But, most importantly, they stand behind their work and won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied. We love our new kitchen and, again, highly recommend Robbins Construction.

My experience with Robbins Construction was top notch. Karen and Luis walked us through the planning phase and were terrific. Maryland was helpful with design suggestions. Everyone in the office was responsive and terrific throughout the process. Ben, our project manager was just awesome. Always available, always making sure we got exactly what we had asked for. He listened and made it all happen. Fantastic job. Hector and each subcontractor was great. Project exceeded our expectations both in terms of quality of construction and the process. Project completed ahead of schedule, exactly on budget, and our punch list of final things to touch up…consisted of not one thing.
