Typical Starbucks with a better than average staff. The only problem here is parking, which they have very little of. Trolling for a parking space or parking in someone else’s business may test your desire to stop here.Parking: The number of spots for parking is not proportional to the size of this business. You will likely end up parking at one of the neighboring business. When I was there, 14 Customers were seated and all the parking spaces were taken. There is seating inside for 34 people.

There are good Starbucks and there are poorly run Starbucks.This one is very well run. Coffee is good & consistent. If you live in Germantown, it’s worth driving out of your way to this Starbucks. Avoid the one at Market Place in Collierville & Houston Levee. Both poorly run.

the manager was so rude. sweet employee who was trying to help me and the manager evidently doesn't like her employees to answer questions. worst Starbucks anywhere I have been.

Bought a package of whole beans and the barista offered to grind them. I requested medium grind and yet I ended up with extra fine, typically for espresso. Disappointed.

Barista was busy in her own conversation before taking my order. I also bought a package of whole beans and she asked if I wanted her to go ahead and grind them up. I said yes and that I wanted medium grind. Yet she ground my coffee extra fine for espresso. Disappointed to say the least.

This Starbucks sucks! The first time I went I ordered a venti Doppio expresso with half and half and vanilla cream cold foam. The barista had the audacity to tell me that she could make that drink and I said why, I have been ordering that drink for a good 1 and 1/2 year. She stated that corporates new rules weren't allowing because people have been getting that drink for cheaper then they should. I the. Told her that's what I want you can charge me extra for whatever it is you need to charge me and so she did. I also ordered two grilled cheese and the lady gave my grilled cheeses to the wrong persons TWICE! After I confronted her that I had been waiting for my grilled cheese and I seen her make two and serve other people what's the deal with mine ? She then apologized and went to back to grab more grilled cheese but unfortunately they had ran out. Luckily, I did not choose violence that day because the devil was working overtime. I came back months later to give that location another chance and I ordered a venti apple crisp etc. with strawberry cold foam. My drink was missing the strawberry cold foam and this lady had just drizzled the strawberry syrup over my coffee . So I confronted her and instead of remaking my drink with the strawberry cold foam all she did was add the plain Jane cold foam over the drizzled strawberry flavoring syrup. Now look this isn't McDonald's coffee for this barista to be fudging it up. This LOCATION SUCKS.

I was there picking up a third party order. There were customers there as I arrived and there were also customers that came in after me that ordered via front counter. Upon arrival I let the staff know that I was there to pick up an order. I was told and pointed out that it was ready and just needed to be bagged. Ten minutes later I inquired again because I saw that the priority was paying customers first, even ones that came in behind me. The black lady at the front counter whom said that she was the masa’s very snarky, nasty, unconcerned, and rude! She said that they’ll bag it when the get a chance yet she wasn’t assisting anyone leaning down on the counter writing. I asked her name and let her know that I would be leaving a review via google and she said okay, it doesn’t matter very nonchalantly. Customer service needs to be improved greatly. Everyone should be treated as customers at all times. I normally frequent that location as a customer as that’s my neighborhood, however that experience has shown me a different side to how the treat every person

I met my friend with her 5 yr old son at this location and we had a great time. Good customer service and kid friendly. Even the customers around us were very nice.

I was picking up a DoorDash order and even though I told the first girl I spoke to I was picking a order up it still wasn’t started untila good 5 to six minutes of me standing there! I was told it was being bagged twice it was not and then upon leaving I was left with a snarky goodbye. The blond white women who I assume is the manager has a condescending attitude towards her employees and customers! She is very lowkey about it but if you watch her movements and the way her face looks when speaking to someone or how it sounds tell it all! On top of that she was gossiping with a customer or whoever he was that was standing there and then wonder why people are anxiously waiting on their order! Do better Starbucks

It’s a very relaxing atmosphere to sit and do office work when you need a break from your office. Of course the coffee was great as well.
