Horrible Service! Showed at Bank at 1158 am which the hours just changed on Saturdays from 1pm to 12pm. One of the Branch members happily told me they are closed and I couldn't not access my Safe deposit box. They don't care how important the situation is. .They just lost me! I have been a member for 24 yrs! Truist is bogus!! Terrible financial institution! Very disappointed

Every time I have to come to this location I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I’ve been sitting behind one car for 20+ minutes. There is a long line behind me so unfortunately I’m stuck. This location is most convenient for me due to the limited amount of locations. I hope Truist runs local branches better, but I’ve been super unimpressed with them so far.

Very slow service. The manager purposely miscommunicated bank policies/procedures to entice us to bank with Suntrust. He also did not communicate important information regarding a potential loan. I do not trust the manager at this location.

Banking with SunTrust for decades,checking,savings,CD,checks from employer,pension, annuity are deposited there. They were not friendly to long time depositer and old man. Worst bank experience ever.All these years and accounts and they did not find me.. How long should it take, gave them driving license,even my SunTrust CREDIT card. Talking to manager only escalated the situation. A manager should simply make sure a customer is taking care of in a timely, friendly fashion not Waste my time even more . Had to leave there and go to the corporate office where all the nice people work to get my money. Same old man, sameBank, my money and no hoops to jump thru.

During these times (COVID) where the inside of the bank is closed.....there is only one lane open. I look across at Regions bank and all their lanes are open. I've been in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Why the other lane is not open is beyond me. Do better!!!!

I have banked with them all NYC CHASE / Citi/ but SUNTRUST IS THE MOST TRANSPARENT AND SOLID INSTITUTION I PREFER AT 70 yrs old for the past 12 yrs only . Sorry it took me so long to see the huge and honorable difference in management of banks . Now with BB& T ITS THE NEW “TRUIST” BANK . Horrah ! I won’t mention the worst ( R) shhhh

The Germantown branch of Suntrust was always a good place to bank. More recently, the incompetence experienced there at the hands of several employees truly boggles the mind. My daughter got hacked several months ago. They made her fly all the way from Oregon to Memphis to help clear up the situation - which she did within days. It is now two months later and she still doesn't have an ATM card and the ability to access her account. We have talked with several people at the branch and their responses just blow my mind. Most recently, we were told that it was all her fault. My family is going to find an alternative bank soon.

First of all, I absolutely abhor Suntrust and have pity on any fool to invest hope in this pathetic bank. However this particular location is absolutely so unhelpful, apathetic, and uncaring that I literally scowl at least once when I have to make one of my multiple trips per week for depositing. The tellers sit and chit chat with their old buddies or pals or retired neighbors idfk but while there's an obvious line of mon-fri real employed ppl, so why the hell am I waiting an extra goddamn 5 min of completely personal chatting while I'm in line ON MY BREAK BECAUSE THIS STUPID BANKING HRS CUTS OFF AT 4. The worst part is that the dude who seems like he's the supervisor--the dude with the beard just walks around with his arms crossed and doesn't do s**** The GERMANTOWN location has as AMAZING "supervisory seeming dude" and I swear his exceptional customer service is the ONLY REASON why I haven't exposed the multitude of videos and recordings I have with transactions with tellers that seriously quote "I'm sorry I don't know" to answer question about when the he'll my funds are due. Not only that, but I have been in an ALDI grocery shopping with a $80 balance to have my SUNTRUST card declined...? WHY?!!? After wasting all that TIME shopping, after calling customer service, they told me they put a hold on my account because they were suspicious of LYFT. LYFT!!!! Like wtf thanks for embarrassing me in aldi, wasting the workers time to put all my groceries back that I COULD AFFORD because suntrust is too d*** for anything. I already took Chatty Cathy Collierville tellers business card today after her incessant questioning to the customer who was done and ready to leave. This branch makes me wanna flip out every time I'm there. Whoever tf is in charge needs to ask the dnotary de with the beard who looks so superior why the stands there and let's everyone in line groan at his b******** Every time. Good lord give me corporates ultimate number because I work way too hard to rush to his branch on my tiny break to tcb while he leans back, listens to his tellers gossip for LITERALLY 3 unnecessary min after the transaction was made while he "looks?notices?" The line of working class customers scowling and looking at their watch. Omg how many times do 5 grown men in work uniforms have to look at their watch in aggravation while two tellers are chatting before that POS bearded supervisor dude gives af. As a superior he could AT LEAST HAVE SAID "she" WILL BE WITH YOU IN ONE MOMENT But no. It's like I don't exist. And all the working ppl in line don't either. ON FRIDAY. FYI Suntrust skews "banking hours" concept. And ultimately it seems like the entire banking system is a waste of TIME AND WASTING TIME IS WASTING MONEY. banks should know money, therefore suntrust doesn't gaf abt wasting your time. I've always hated suntrust since switching. But good lord----- the hacks cross location, esp the gtown location, AND even the Raleigh one IS BETTER than the suntrust branch in cville. I hope someone who has the power to boot out this man in charge of practically doing nothing but pissing off all mainstream Friday and Saturday working crew members with their chatty Cathy's that seem 60yo and still can't operate modern technology. The supervisor dude at the gtown location is exactly perfect and everything; this Collierville branch bearded supervisor has disappointed me gradually each time. If anyone is In charge. Kick him to the curb. He doesn't give a hell about the customers. And customers at banks give a lot of time for B******* HMU because whoever runs the suntrust in cville is an absolute apathetic failure who belongs in retail. From a multiple-wkly depositing customer, take o heart that TIME IS MONEY LOVE YOUR TIME
