I had an appointment today for 12:45pm, as I walked into the store, I saw the lady at the front desk, Tracey, walk towards the door that leads to the back. I attempted to log in on the kiosk and was unsuccessful due to not having an access code. I remembered that I had a check in link on my phone. I logged in and completed my check in my 12:47 pm!Tracey walked out and sat down at her desk at 12:55 pm. She asked me if I had an appointment I told her yes, I do, but I wasn’t able to check-in on the kiosk due to not having an access code. Tracey asked for my name I gave it to her and she said my appointment was cancelled. They have a five minute grace period. I told her, I was here on time I even saw her when she went to the back. She proceeds to tell me, “I can’t control the system”. I also told her that I checked in on my phone within the time frame, she proceeds to say “I cant control the system”. I can reschedule the appointment or schedule it for another location.I just said thank you and walked off.I got to the Little Clinic often, this is my first time going to this location, but I will NEVER go back to this location unless it’s the ONLY that’s open.I didn’t appreciate Tracey’s attitude, it was very condescending and nonchalant. There should have been a notification or an alert that goes off when a patient completes their Check-in. I checked in at 12:47 pm, which was STILL within the 5 minute grace period.

Very unprofessional service tonight. The lady working the front desk on Thursday October 12th was rude to us from the moment we walked in.I had scheduled an appt for 6 for cough, cold etc. and was a little early. When she learned that my mother did not have insurance (since she’s visiting from out of country) she went in and cancelled my appointment without asking. She says that she doesn’t want us to waste money and argues that she does not need to be seen today.I knew that I had to pay out of pocket and I was ready for it. She then goes on about what she suggests we take and she can advise cause she was a nurse before.Next, I had an additional question regarding a prescription I was given two days ago. She tells me that she’d call the doctor for me but after standing around for a while with her not doing anything I told her that I would call later to figure it out since I didn’t want to hang around. Then she gets mad and tells me that we were early for our appointment and she helped us even then (there was no one else there then) and as I walk away yells “you need to grow up”.I am never going to the Farmington Kroger little clinic again.

Tracey at the front desk is probably one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. She is incredibly unhelpful and I empathetic. If she hates her job so much, she needs to get a new one. Otherwise, she must just enjoy being rude all day.

I have been here twice since 06/03 and my experiences have been great starting with the medical assistants that checked me in, on my first appointment I didn't know that I needed an appointment and was able to be fit in, to bring seen by Nurse Letoya who is FABULOUS and back today seeing Nurse Nicole who is equally as FABULOUS! I will refer family and friends and use the clinic again if needed.

I was desperate for a strep test and tried multiple clinics in the area, some of whom required a Covid test on site before they would even let me in the building. I was reluctant to use this Little Clinic because of the reviews, but desperate times... I could not have been more pleased with the service! Alex at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. My estimated wait was 3.5 hours, but they called me back two bites into my donut. Yes, that's my time gauge. I am starving and my throat hurts. Anytime a donut can be medicinal, you relish the opportunity. Ramika Jones was my FNP, and she was fabulous-great bedside manner, very personable. She ran the appropriate tests and not only offered the prescriptions necessary but holistic/natural opportunities to improve my state. I was in and out in about thirty minutes and felt I received wonderful care. A big thanks to Alex and Ramika for being so kind and lifting my soul after a very tiring and frustrating morning! This is the best service I've received in quite some time!

A scheduled an appointment for 10:40. The time on the email they sent apparently changed it to 10:20, therefore when I showed up at the designated time on the email (10:20 - 10:35)I was told my appointment was cancled. Then the person told me they only had 1 patient scheduled all day and the soonest they could get me in was the next day. Just go to a real doctor.

Service was very efficient and quick. Super nice workers all around. I was helped by Alecia Williams and she went above and beyond by helping me!

For minor stuff it's great, especially if it's urgent but not an emergency. I'm learning the hard way to call ahead and ask what they won't or can't do for you beforehand. If you need labs done but can't wait weeks to see your doctor and don't want to waste your money and ER staff's time, go to AFC urgent care or other facilities instead. For some reason they didn't offer to run a strep or flu test though, and I didn't want to argue since all they offered to do was take my vitals (for anyone who doesn't know, that's just your temperature, blood oxygen level, blood pressure, and they might look at your ears and throat) even though they suggested that it might be viral (yes I know strep is caused by bacteria and not a virus). I presented with a lot of symptoms, but generally when I tell a doctor or nurse I have a sore throat and other feelings of illness they'll run those tests, especially around this time of year. I left without them doing anything at all for me and went to the urgent care by Walgreens instead, which was also unhelpful.

I came in for a physical and made an appointment DAYS in advanced and have been waiting thirty mins to even get my information. There is no one in the waiting room with me. The employees are very rude and unprofessional.

I went to The Little Clinic today for immunizations and as the front desk person was politely and apologetically explaining that it was their lunch break and asking if I could come back in an hour, Racheal came out and said “It’s okay, I’ll take care of her.” She proceeded to do just that - from paperwork to shots to making sure I understood possible side effects and when to return for the next immunization in the series.

On this past Friday while visiting this little clinic the experience was awful. The FNP Rachel attitude sucked! I'm very big on customer service which I think I should be. She had this arrogant, unconcerned persona and wasn't empathetic at all. I went in with an intense sinus headache and explained to her that I needed something to relieve it because of the previous meds not helping and all she could say was that, this seems like a trend in the south to where everyone just wants something to stop the pain while not being consistent taking something on a daily basis. The only other person that I saw was the medical assistant and she was pleasant. I could really go on and on about this experience because she wasn't polite at all and eye contact wasn't given. I rated this a 1 only because 0 wasn't an option!!
