owner is very nice even though people said she is “rude”. this is only due to her not perfect english. she works hard by herself and does nails perfectly. it has a nice clean, and quiet atmosphere for those who are not much about talking. i recommend returning.

We have been three times and had a great experience each time. Small, not a lot of frills, nice chairs, nails look great, and good prices. Will be back.

I needed a last min appt mani before heading on my trip and they were able to fit me in. I'm picky about my gel or dip manicures but they did a great job!! Will absolutely be coming back Was in and out in 35 min which was fab too!!

We had a perfectly enjoyable pedicure today. Last night, my husband, my daughter and I watched Legally Blonde. So, today we all three had an impulsive desire to get pedicures. Fortunately, there was a thunderstorm, which is probably the only reason why Tip and Toe was able to accommodate all 3 of us at once. It was totally worth it to brave the rain and lightning. As soon as the storm cleared, the place filled up with other ladies coming for mani/pedis. Tip and Toe is obviously very popular and is in a great location. Thunderstorm days aside, it's probably usually good to have an appointment. The 3 nail techs who waited on us did a perfect job and we all left happy, even my husband, who is not in the habit of getting pedicures. Highly recommend this salon and we will definitely be back again!

What a lovely nail shop! I came in for a dip mani and pedicure. I made an appointment and ended up being the only client there during that time. It was peaceful and clean. I spent about 1.5-2 hours there, which shows how focused their attention to detail is. I wish I got the lady's name who helped me. She was very sweet. The perfect mix of chatty but not overly chatty. I enjoyed her company. She took great care in making sure my nails looked great, including cleaning up my cuticles. The massage chairs for the pedicure were extra comfy. They also had several color options to choose from. In total, I ended up paying $88 + tip. This seemed pricy, but then again, they did spend a lot of time on me. Some areas of my nails seem to have a weird texture but overall they look beautiful!! Sadly, the same evening of my appointment, one of my dip nails cracked. I'm guessing they are too thin. I already called to see if they would fix it, and they were extremely nice about it on the phone and told me to come back in. I will do that soon! I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area. I believe my color number was L60??

I moved to Memphis a few months ago, and I've been putting off finding a good nail salon. I finally looked into one and I found tip and toe boutique and made an appointment which was very easy and got right in the next day. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and love the way my nails came out. I will definitely be coming here again.

So, I get a pedicure every 3 weeks. No, my nails don't grow that fast, it's just a very important part of my self care routine. And honestly, I can paint my own nails; for me it's all about the massage. This is a small place and I think they are by appointment only. I made mine a day in advance. It is very clean, with the most enormous selection of polish I have ever seen. And those massage chairs are unlike any other I've ever experienced! The woman that did my nails was very sweet and accommodating, and I feel like she did a good job on taming my cuticles. Unfortunately, the massage was severely lacking, and my toenails don't look great. There's a lot to like here, but I will keep searching for my regular spot.

Great service and everyone is so friendly, as well as professional! They seem to really care about the health of my nails and what is best for them. My looks looked so good and natural when I left their shop:) I have been to several different shops around town trying to find one that met all my expectations.....but no more...I will stay with Tip and Toe Boutique!

I was super excited about going to this nail place since before I moved to Germantown, however, I felt extremely bad when I felt that the lady felt annoyed due to taking a little longer on me. I have a disability on my right side of my body and felt that due to my fingers not being as mobile as my left she felt annoyed. Other than feeling that way, the mani and pedi that I got were good. But due to her making me feel uncomfortable I will not be Returning. It's a shame because I was really excited about having it be my to nail place.

This place was amazing!! Seriously!! I am in town to visit family and had an afternoon open, so decided to get a pedicure and mani (with tips). This place is a little tucked away, but I got on Yelp and picked it bc it had great reviews and was near where I was. I called to see if they could fit me in asap and Carrie did! I've gotten lots of mani and pedi's over the years from various places, but truly felt like this was one of the best. Carrie just paid attention to detail and did a great job, going over and above (for example-she cleaned out underneath my nails AFTER she put the tips on, to make sure all the glue was out from under my nail. I've never had anyone take the extra second to do this, but it's a major pet peeve of mine to have glue sticking my nail to my skin under my nail (if you know, ya know ), so was super impressed. If I lived in the Memphis/Gtown/Cville area still, this would become my one spot. Since I don't, I'll make sure to hit it every time I'm in town

I went here looking for a new place to hopefully make my nail home. I was excited at first but about 4 days after being serviced I notice my toe hurting and then today I saw this. A blister i’m guessing. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and I’ve never had this happen. I’m disgusted and wondering if the tools were clean or the tub at which my feet soaked because what else could have caused this? It’s really embarrassing sharing these photos but I had to. Be wary. 4.4 Stars doesn’t mean guaranteed satisfaction.Services: Pedicures
