The associates in this location are on their stuff. Whether the line was long with 6 people ahead or short with only 1, my visit is not lengthened because they move quickly with great customer service.

Very easy to do returns. I’m in and out and Antonio made the process is very simple. I even accidentally had a tag missing on one of my returns but he was able to find the item and manually put it in the system for my return. Very easy. I was there maybe 5 minutes.

The UPS store in Germantown for creating and printing party invitations was a great success and a wonderful experience with Mary and Terri. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to create and print very affordable party invitations.

Good quick service. A reasonable price for shipping a very big box. The associate, Antonio, asked if I was a member of AAA, AARP, or had military service. He saved me $9 on a $180 package.
